Ok, you need to listen to me here, I’m a fat kid and you don’t get that way without trying. We know all the best places to eat and Las Brasas is at the top of the list!
This place is definitely up and coming!
The restaurant is not very big and menu is small, they grill meat and they do it well.

So here is the short and sweet of things. Being new, popular and having great food they are undoubtedly going to be busy. There may also be some growing pains and that’s to be expected. Don’t let any negative comments stop you from visiting.
Relax, get yourself a drink, enjoy the music and atmosphere.
I can tell you the food is amazing and priced accordingly. This is a destination spot, I will be stopping in at every opportunity.

I ordered the marrow bone on the grill, and it was absolutely fantastic perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. The food quality was top-notch, and the service was equally impressive attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.
I’ll definitely be coming back for more of that marrow bone, and next time I’m excited to try the chicharrones with avocado or guacamole. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Las Brasas for anyone who appreciates great flavors and great hospitality.

Legit one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. Friends and I were sitting in the middle of the restaurant for 20 minutes before I decided to ask them if there was someone we could order drinks and food from. Our waiter was completely oblivious to our existence.
* Finally our waiter arrives. He takes drink orders from 3/4 of the table, leaves for 10 minutes, and then makes it back with some of the drinks and takes the other drink orders. Comes back with those another 10 minutes later.
* We’re at the table for an hour before we’re able to order food.
* Food arrives, everyone got something different, and it was extremely bland. Not a single person enjoyed what they ordered. There was no salt or seasoning in any of the food. I’m genuinely impressed that every single person’s dish lacked basic seasoning.
I ordered the Brassas Chicken and brusell sprouts. The chicken was dry and flavorless. The brussell sprouts were undercooked.
We had a party of 8, and they stacked on an extra 20% gratuity for absolutely terrible service and food.
0/10 – will absolutely never go back.

Celebrated my husband’s birthday here. We sat outside, it felt great and I loved the vibes. Good music, football and soccer games on. Yet quite enough to hear everyone across the table. We started with guacamole and Queso Flameado. Both were delicious, all our meals were cooked to perfection. Fast service and everything came out fresh off the grill! Will definitely be coming back!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I seen all the bad reviews and I didn’t understand, because I loved everything about this spot. The service was great very friendly, the food was amazing. I had the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and appetizer was stuffed jalapeños + queso fundido. The drinks did what they were suppose to do and this was today. I had nothing to complain about, so if your having second thoughts don’t! And just go try it for yourself.

Let me start by saying I went in thinking this was going to be great. Had a michelada, which was real good. We ordered the chicharonis with guacamole and the gueso flamado. Both of those were good. Actually food was great but then comes the check. Our server Juan was standing over my back to wait for me to pay and I felt he didn’t give me time to really look at the itemized ticket. Then asked if I wanted to leave a tip however he never mentioned there is already an automatic 20% gratuity charge so I left a $30 tip. Then he brings me ticket and I realize that I tipped on top of the tip already added ($40). So a $70 would be ok if I received out of this world service for brunch but that amount wasn’t warranted. So when I asked Juan for an itemized ticket he said he couldn’t give me one and that he needed the table I was on for the next customer so could I just get up. Yup we got kicked out because I questioned why would he not tell me the tip was already added. So beware and watch your ticket closely. It’s sad because the food was good but servers like that will ruin a business.
