I had placed an order through mobile app and it was a match and a refresher, I went in and they only had the refresher ready. I waited 10 minutes and walked up to them and they had the matcha forgotten in their counter and never put it in the pick up section. It was all watered down and didn’t even apologize for the wait time

Great coffee as always. The service could bebbetter, there were 2 baristas behind the counter and no people waiting. Had to wait 3 minutes before being noticed and helped, no body asked for my name, that was awkward? Anywais waited over 15 minutes for my flat white to be ready , nobody called me or said anything. I came to the counter to ask about it and the barista said it had being sitting on the counter??? No notification!!! Terrible service!

went today for holiday cup launch when opened. for some reason they only had 1 bear cup out which a man took smh, but i overheard the worker say their store got 2? so obviously an employee put it on hold which is against policy but sure. also idk her name but she was making the drinks this morning, when everyone was looking at the hello kitty cups she legit went infront of everyone and grabbed like 4 merch items and took them in the back with her.. uh okay, her dad ig also put a cup on the counter and she said “just give it to me ill buy it” she was also on her phone calling someone at one point which is super unsanitary as she was making drinks. check cameras, i can promise you. also the girl at the register messed up my drink order lmfao, and also my baked goods were wrong but whatever.

So I went in for a quick cup of morning brew and to say the least it was bitter and I took it back the beautiful lady I missed her name all I know is she is drop dead gorgeous she fixed it maid me a fresh batch and I am more thankful she maid my morning a delight
