Wow what an amazing nice chill pizza shop located right on Franklin Street. The authentic New York style pizza slices are perfect. Very nice price on everything and not long at all to receive your pizza. I would highly recommend this pizza shop and definitely plan on eating there again the next time I’m in Chapel Hill 😀

Absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was cozy, not much room. Food was so good I could have gone back for a second slice, but there was no way I could another! Slices are very generous, and you can definitely make a pizza taco out of it!

This doesn’t deserve the 3.3 stars. Most dry pizza you will ever eat. No sauce, no water, bad service. Just not where you want to go. The guy next to us said “I will have to go to dominoes after this for some flavor” and we couldn’t agree more. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Great job and good pizza. Friendly place and the pizza is delicious. Don’t mind the other reviews. While this isn’t the cheapest pizza its a good one and me and my wife had a great time after our newborn was born 🙂

This pizza is actually so ah, litteraly a slice of cold bread with cheese on it. 0 sauce. Dudes getting a 3 star for the service cuz he threw in a free ranch after I payed 24.35 for a single slice some garlic knots and two drinks, robbery. Also my boy asked him if he could get a discount and he suplexed him on the counter, awesome.

I wouldn’t recommend eating here. Pizza is very dry. I ordered cheese and lasagna pizza slides and those are what I got. Too dry to eat crust. And…whatever I got for lasagna is nowhere near completion. The place is old and dirty. There are way better restaurants near for this quality of food at cheaper prices.

The vibe was authentic pizza spot, the gentleman in the place was friendly, and the pizza was very good.

They have my friend a really good deal, 3 garlic knots for $3, and we got a flic with him after.

Iconic Chapel Hill restaurant, family owned, been eating here for 20 years, open late and serves classic thin NYC style MONSTER sized slices. Can get super crowded by drunken undergrads late night but you can still get in and out with a great slice or two, or a whole pie. Food costs are brutal right now for small local places so $5 a slice is seemingly high but look at what you get, it’s worth it. Eat local.
