Food is good and very authentic. Portions are pretty generous. Prices are not cheap. Fresh tortillas on the weekends a plus. Downside, music is incredibly loud, very annoying, forget about being able to have a conversation. Service was bad. Waitress forgot to bring water twice, we had to ask for a refill of salsa and more tortilla chips. She was not really paying much attention to us. Never offered to bring more water or lemons. Felt like she didn’t want to serve us. Place is clearly understaffed. Food took forever to be ready. I don’t think I will go back to this place which is a pity because food is good. I may try something else instead.

Second time I go here and service is ok. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated right away. It wasn’t packed for lunch, so expected a better experience. Two out of three dishes came out 15 minutes after being ordered, while the last dish took way longer. So by the time the third dish arrived, the other 2 people were almost done eating. Waiter saw we were done and wouldn’t bring us the check, we had to ask for it twice. Food had ok taste, but their horchata was very good.

Food was decent, but it was quite expensive. When you walk in the restaurant there is a large TV showing some Mexican music videos. Some of them are not the most appropriate for children. Also along with that there is a jukebox that plays very loud music and it seems that it is always playing. The wait for food is not too long. If you’re into seafood and you’re okay with loud music this place is not too bad.

Really bad service at this place. Right as we got here the lady had an attitude with us. As for the service took us 10 min to even get our drinks, we asked for shareable plates which took forever to get here and to get more tortillas. Waitress ate chips in front of Us and grabbed chipped from the same place as they served us. Disgusting ! Worse service I’ve ever had. Will never come back !

Good was pretty good. Rice and beans were very basic, not the best. The wait was the worst part of the experience. Took a very long time to get our food and it all came out at different times.

There was only one server who was running the whole place on a busy Saturday morning. Obviously, didn’t get any attention or good customer service from her at all. The food was below average yet overpriced. Not coming back.

Terrible customer service one hour, waiting for the order of food and the waitresses, they did not come to offer more soda or water, besides they are not friendly, they make me very badly educated, it does not make me a family place because they have live music and that’s too much loud noise,for children’s I never came back at this place.
