The baristas at this Starbucks need at least one more day of training. My coffee is almost always needing to be remade when I place an order ahead. Additionally, the cold foam is always lacking…. I’m not a barista but I know that it needs to be blended a bit longer and is supposed to sit on no top of the drink… Lastly, the employees are not friendly and barely greet at the door. Not to nitpick pick but when the service is terrible… you start to notice these things too.

I ordered a Honey Citrus Tea and got Mint Majesty instead. The staff never told me that they were out of the citrus tea but charged me for it as it was on the sticker. When I went back the next day to tell them the lady gave me attitude and tried to justify their actions.

Very disappointed with my recent mobile order at this store. The staff didn’t greet or acknowledge customers – they looked distracted and unprofessional. Picked up an iced latte and found the cup with random marker scribbles – not standard labeling, just messy and unprofessional, almost intentional. The drink itself was poorly made, which made the experience even worse. First time I’ve ever felt I wasted both my money and time at Starbucks. The store should take feedback like this seriously to prevent it from happening again.

So disappointed! I ordered “Cinnamon Dolce Latte” with whipped cream & you can see in the image what I have received. If you can’t provide service up-to the level, then why you have so many options in the menu to choose & make it complicated just to look like fancy ??

I’ve had good experiences at this location but be aware that they are always randomly closing the drive thru with no notification until you get there. This has happened to me so many times. Just be aware for order ahead if you have young children or have disabilities.

The horrible experience I had today is just too long to put into one brief paragraph. This is the closest Starbucks to me so out of convenience I just go here, but moving forward I am just going to go to the Starbucks further away and never go back to this place ever again. What should have been a 5-minute ordeal to get a drink that I ordered on the app for which they have a label that prints out and lists everything that I ordered and paid for, the process took over half an hour with me having to deal with two nasty young girls. One was named Jenn and the other I did not get but has a nose piercing and has serious anger issues. I told Jenn at the window that my drink was missing a couple of items that I paid for she got a bit of an attitude and rolled her eyes as she was taking my drink back. I guess she went and told the girl that made my drink (the girl with the nose piercing) about what was missing and that girl came out towards the window and stared at me with a nasty face. Jenn came back and said they were just going to remake my drink over and if I could park on the side while I waited for it, so I went and parked at on the side as they requested. I decided to go inside the store so that I could watch my drink being made to make sure that it was done correctly and I didn’t have to ask for it to be corrected or made again for which I did not originally request. The girl with the nose piercing was clearly pissed that she was remaking my drink, I didn’t say anything. She came over and harshly put my drink down and said that she knew what an affogato shot was. I asked the other girl if I could speak to their manager. Funny enough the drink was still missing the affogato shot and the mocha drizzle on top. The other girl decided to remake it again. The manager came over and said she will remake it, which was already being done and she walked away because they were busy. I waited there to talk to her and she did not come back so I had to ask for her again. I explained to her what happened and told her that all I asked for was for the missing items to be placed on my drink she apologized and said things happen because they were busy. I told her I understood that but there’s no reason to be nasty especially when the customer was not trying to start anything. I commend her for trying to take her team’s side but if you’re wrong you should admit that you’re wrong, she even made excuses for the girls’ nasty and aggressive behavior. The manager returned my money and she thought that that would resolve the issue, however, the money was the last thing that I was concerned about. She completely missed the point and failed to rectify the situation based on the fact that her staff was unprofessional, aggressive, nasty, and a problem. I will not be returning here and this place is going to complete garbage. I wish I could say this is the first time I’ve had a problem but it’s been over a year of constant issues with them missing items on drinks and then giving you an attitude for asking for those items. However, this time it was just so completely disrespectful I had to write a review. The manager Shi, although, nice enough completely missed the point and initially disregarded me. If she knew I had a concern she should have stayed to talk to me instead of walking away and making excuses for her staff. The whole staff at this place should be replaced.

Staff is nice but they are not consistent when it comes to orders. 4/10 times my drinks are wrong or missing something. Was expecting better considering this is one of the newer locations.

I called to inquire about the teddy bear cup. The worker picked up the phone and in intro said the teddy bear cup was sold out. I said thank you, you just answered my question and she hung up the phone. It’s not the first time someone from this location is rude. One time they got my order wrong and insisted it was right. I don’t like sugar in my coffee. I make sure to never ask for sugar. My coffee had sugar!

Been going here every now and then for breakfast or lunch. The service has been pretty good and I personally haven’t had any issues so far. Only thing I kinda wish they had was another order taking speaker thing for the 2nd drive thru lane.
