Half the time the pizza is undercooked. Nobody’s every at the front when you walk in and don’t ask for anything because you get looked at with attitude. I guess young kids have chips on their shoulders. Today I got a pizza and asked for plates a fork and knife but was told that they only have plates. So if I wanted let’s say a salad or pasta or even chicken I guess I better eat it with my hands . If it was to go like I was heading home where I have utensils but what about a work lunch or even in this location since they have booths for about 30 customers. The location by my house is good and they don’t have seating. With all the independent places here in Hermosa pick one of them and support small business

Manager allejandra has terrible customer service. There is a mix up in order and store delivered the wrong order to me, the pizza was then taken away by the driver to another shop. Ended up in double charged.
When I call the manger to get a refund, not only was she disrespectful and implied it’s my fault, she also refuse to provide any way of how I can escalate/ make a complaint.
DO NOT CALL THIS DOMINOS.

This is my local Domino’s. We order from them about once a month. Never had a problem with punctuality or order accuracy. Can’t say the same about my local Papa John’s that’s literally down the hill from us. The delivery people are always nice too. Plus, with their coupons, their pizza is a better deal than the other guys.

The pizza came quickly and it tasted okay, the delivery person was very polite, however the individual answering the phone to take our order couldn’t have been less friendly, helpful or polite. It more like an inconvenience for her to take our order.
Might help for them to understand, without customers they wouldn’t have a place to work. Small chance we’ll be ordering from this location again.

The Associate here went above and beyond to make us Tourist feel welcomed and gave us complementary Domino’s cups to enjoy our Food and Drinks on the Beach!!! Came here to pick up food, while waiting in line the person behind the counter was willing to give rhe “bar owner next door” that was in front of us free sauces and coupon deals without having it and when we asked for the same immediately after, he refused. Food was cold and undercooked as well.
