When we came here, the staff was super friendly and the vintage burger was great! The sweet potato fries had a slightly spicy dipping sauce and the mango mimosa was fun to drink. No wait time and were shown to our table when we arrived at 6:15pm. Clean facility. Decent pricing for the amount we get. Nachos were good portion sizes.

We’ve had consistently the BEST burgers (full size, fresh toppings, etc) from here. Is our favorite burger place out of all burger places in furtuna, eureka, aracata, McKinleyville, and Trinidad. Ranch dressing is also delicious and there’s hardly anyone there so it’s not crowded at all. For comparison Stars hamburgers are tiny and poor ingredients are used like shredded onion and shredded lettuce. Joe’s definitely has the best burger I’ve had in decades. Very reasonable.

Definitely recommend coming here! The restaurant was clean and nicely designed and the staff were so friendly. The food was delicious and fresh! I got the Mediterranean Greek Salad with grilled chicken and a cider. The booths were a little tight for 4 adults, but that’s the only minor complaint. In terms of pricing, meals were between $10-30.

Joe’s Green Barn was a lovely treat today! They have just opened in the space previously occupied by Niveen’s, and the entire interior has been redone. The servers were very friendly and the food was delivered quickly. Soups and salads only took about 5 minutes to arrive after we ordered, and the entrees were soon to follow. I started off with the vegetable beef soup. It was very well-seasoned and full of flavor; the pieces of beef melted in the mouth. The Cajun Chicken Pasta and Chicken Fettuccine were both served with 2 slices of garlic bread, and enough sauce for dipping the bread. They offer several mimosa flavor options, and a selection of beers and wines. The menu is extensive, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, each served all day. When you’re finished with the main course, move on to their offerings of cakes, pies, and ice creams.

We had the special, Prime Rib, with potatoes and garlic bread. Everything was absolutely delicious even tho’, personally, I think I would have trimmed off the large chunk of fat before serving it. It was nearly a 1/3 of the cut and there was no place for me to set it aside. The garlic bread was devine as well.
I love how they have redecorated the place, the staff is friendly and attentive.

The cowboy burger was yummy and absolutely humongous! My husband and I could have shared it. Fries and onion rings were okay but do yourself a favor and dunk them in their ranch, which is really good!

I am from Arizona. And we was coming down here to visit. We just took a chance and stopped by this place the other day. For breakfast it was fantastic. Exclamation exclamation exclamation the staff is wonderful. The food is spectacular. Exclamation they give you big helpings exclamation that I decided to come back for their lunch. Exclamation anytime I come to this town to visit, I will always stop here. If you want good food and excellent service, stop at Joe’s Green Barn!!! It ROCKS!!!!!

The servers were polite and attentive. The French fries were served barely warm. The Reuben sandwich was so soggy that the bread fell apart. We had a baked potato and that also was barely warm.
