I got exactly what I envisioned with this place. Absolute perfection for what I was wanting. The food is served on paper plates, the drinks in plastic solo cups. Food is all made fresh, pancakes are giant and served with an equally giant bottle of Mrs. Butterworth syrup. The bacon is more crispy than greasy, the hash browns have the right amount of crunch and the cook understood what I meant when I asked for eggs fried hard. I’ve had the same server for every visit, though I’ve only gone in the mornings for breakfast. She’s good at her job and doesn’t annoy me with unnecessary chatter that I’m not into but is always polite and willing to chat if I show interest. Prices are absolutely reasonable. My family of 3 can have a huge meal and full bellies for less than $30 even with a good tip. The seating can feel a little cramped and I wasn’t sure which door to use or even where to park for my first visit. Rest assured, you’ll find parking, the door becomes obvious when u walk up to the building and there’s room for walkers or other mobility devices, though I’d stick to the corners of the room or right near the entrance. It’s a quaint place that we enjoy thoroughly. My family just moved here and we already consider it our breakfast spot. Stop in and enjoy the seasonal decorations, the delightful locals that all know each other and stuff yourself with some biscuits and gravy.

What a gem! Definitely one of those hidden local spots. The food was fantastic and the prices are a steal. Our server was so sweet and friendly. The food was served very quickly and our server never let our drinks run dry.

My new favorite breakfast stop. The buckwheat cakes were perfect, just the right amount of sour, reminded me of my grandmother’s. I was very pleasantly surprised when the waitress came back a little later and said “I’ve got more cakes for you if you’re ready”. Service like that is unheard of. My wife absolutely loved her western omelet as well. We will be back soon.

My kids love eating here. The owner is friendly, hard working and a good cook. They work hard to get you served as quickly as possible. My daughters name is leesa so she and her twin brother are especially tickled to eat here. Best part. Breakfast all day!!

I’ve been here twice. The first time, they only had one hoagie bun left. This time, they were out of hot dog buns and sausage gravy. It is a short limited menu, but it should be easy to keep those items stocked. The food that I finally ended up getting tasted good. My girlfriend said her steak salad was much smaller than it used to be.
