TLDR: some decent food but mostly average food/price

We had a few different dishes. The first meal comes with a lotus wrapped rice with chicken (pretty small), plain congee (porridge) and a drink for $12 which is pretty expensive for what it is, especially with plain congee.
I ordered the $18 three item plate and though the value is decent, the char-siu was very lean and no fat at all, the chicken was average but the roast pork was my favorite with very crispy skin
Milk tea was also average, not great but not amazing

I like to come on weekdays with family not as packed food always good. Fish porridge is my toddlers favorite here and is pretty fresh. I like their breakfast combos . The wife like the sticky rice.

We came for breakfast on a Saturday. There’s was about a 10-15 minute wait at noon. We had the combos. Set D is the mini chow fun with a milk congee; Set I is the boat congee with a Chinese donut and a small dish of fried squid $10. I would recommend not get the milk congee if you never had it before. As for the set D, there are better places for congee. The outstanding dish was the small fried squid. It had this mild spicy powder that made it work. Service was slow but the kitchen was fast.

The waiting time was too long. After we sat down and placed the order, it took around 20 minutes to be served. Also, they served our food to the wrong table twice.
The side dishes look totally different from the pictures on the menu.
In general the food was ok and price is reasonable. The milk tea is recommended.

Got the signature deep fried fish stew – pretty spicy on a bed of sliced lotus root, potatoes, bean sprouts. It looked better than it tasted IMO, too vinegary to my taste clashing with the spiciness. I don’t think the fish was cooked through fully – some parts around the head and neck were goop-y. The side dishes were small – cold cut chicken was good, cucumbers average. Service was a bit absent, didn’t refill the tea often enough. Plenty of seats inside.

One of my favorite breakfast places in the Bay. Pricing is great and love the set meals. If Cantonese style breakfast is not your thing, they have other small plate options.

One thing to note, congee comes with sliced ginger. If you don’t like ginger, ask the to take it out.

Visited this restaurant in the afternoon when it wasn’t busy—only about four occupied tables including ours, with a few customers stopping by for BBQ meats. We ordered a Chinese rice roll and fried potstickers à la carte for $16.59.

Later, we noticed that Set B included the same items plus a drink for $12.99. When we asked to change our order, the server declined, explaining that the fried potstickers had already been cooked and that fried potstickers included two more pieces than the set. In effect, we paid $3.60 more for just two extra dumplings and missed out on the drink, which was disappointing.

Food quality was average and service was minimal. Overall, not the best value or dining experience.

Good Korean food with mouth watering chicken , tasty noodles , fresh sauted vegetables. The soup portions are big and good for the soul! The environment was cozy and service was good. I will be returning back for more delicious Korean cuisine.

Parking can get tricky during the weekends. I arrived on Saturday around 10:00AM and the lines were already out the door.

Breakfast (takeout only): Disappointment. Chow Mein and Chow Fun was very standard and plain. Fillet Congee was ok, salty enough. Chinese Doughnut was smaller than expected. Got charged for the Rice Ball but wasn’t in the bag.

2nd visit for Dinner: more disappointment. The broth for Hot & Sour Potato Noodle Soup and Picked String Beans with Ground Pork Noodle Soup was so so bland and oily. The only order that I liked was the plain fried dough with condensed milk. If you want better noodle soup go down the street and try 9 Noodle House.
