This place is absolutely terrible, I would give it zero stars if possible. They take forever to bring out food, we waited over 45 minutes, and when we finally received our food everything was cold. We were also missing half of the items that we ordered! The waitresses are not helpful at all; they have no sense of caring for their customers and just stand behind the counter on their phones. We constantly had to ask for drink and coffee refills. Everyone there seems absolutely bothered whenever you ask for something. I would recommend going literally anywhere else in town!

Waitress in her bread’s , trensas , that looks like she’s the boss, with a blue shirt, no smiles, you ask her for anything and she’s mad, to bring it to you , no chips or salsa, for over an hour wait, you have to get here over an hour just to get your food, so if your on a break, this is not the place to come, everybody got their plates 5 minutes apart when they did come out, so nobody was eating at the same time, in the same table but eating at different times, I got no sour cream or guacamole with my flautas and when I ask for it, they brought me 3 of the smallest slices, of guacamole and it was charged , aside, my sister order , migas with chorizo, and she got , tortillas and chorizo, , no eggs, I will definitely not be coming here again, I don’t recommend this place at all, if I ate my cold food it was cause I was hungry, after waiting for an hour for our food, this is not a place to come eat,

Worst service and buffet i have ever experienced
Server didnt even acknowledge the fact that they were not bringing out more food and still offered the buffet to us and to pay $60 for 3 people is just wrong

Food at first was good no complaints but there is a Mexican saying “cría fama y échate a dormir” means start strong and then care less. Waitress trying to blame the cooks for the bad service, food that we didn’t order, and incomplete orders. They brought my son a kids platter of pancakes no syrup no butter no nada, and after 13 counted minutes they brought him the silverware after I had to ask for them. Their solution or response was nothing.
It is a small restaurant, owners can tell waitress that they have to be on the ball and walk around make sure that the 12 tables that they have are clean and not on the phone while evrything is dirty and tables waiting for coffee.

Terrible service! It took over an hour and a half for them to bring out food and on top of that they forgot to bring our kid’s food! Servers were not apologetic at all and even seemed annoyed every time we asked for something. Food was ok but definitely not worth the wait.

No one acknowledged us entering. Menudo was tasteless and we asked for salsa and was given heinz 57 sauce for steaks. The waitress never came to refill drinks or ask if we were ok. Only 3 tables besides us and 3 waitresses.

Tortillas are great, the meat marinade is too salty, and so plain, they charge $3 for TINY portions of salsa…..which is mostly water. The Chinese style hot oil salsa was interesting and super spicy.
