GREAT EXPERIENCE! Best chicken I’ve ever had, fried to perfection!!
I had one item missing from my order and went back the next day wanting more chicken and they also corrected the previous mistake with kind and generous service. Best service I’ve had in a while! I will be coming back, can’t wait to cater for my graduation party!
Thank you Bonchon ☺️

Went here the other day and honestly some of the best wings I’ve had in a while. The wings were crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside. And big too! The Bulgolgi fries and Kimchi slaw awesome, very tasty and unique.

The cashier was super accommodating and let us try the sauces to make sure we got the right thing for us. Overall great service and will be coming back soon

I placed a pick up order was done in a timely manner. When I got my food, a lot of the strips were dry. Hardly had any sauce on them, and a lot of them were very hard. Overcooked burnt ends. The Korean corn Was also dry hardly had any kewpie mayo and no Korean red chili flakes. I usually love going to Bonchon, but just not this location

Yes, it is finally open! The food is delicious and for my first order I went the safe route and ordered boneless wings (spicy) with the seasoned fries. They both taste just as great as the Chinatown location in Chicago. This place is small and carry out only. I would have loved to see some bar stools/ counter height tables and chairs. For a carry out only place the food doesn’t travel well, so rush home! I am excited to come back and try more menu items.

First time at this location. It’s take-out only. Service was okay. The menu is pretty simple. The food itself is good in flavors, and crisp was okay, but I would prefer the whole chicken type of Korean chicken as to just legs and wings. The sides were good too but nothing special. Might order again if in the area. The amount you get for the price you pay could also be better.

This location can be very hit or miss so I do understand some of the bad reviews if people tried to it on a day it was a miss. The food is never bad or inedible, just inconsistent. My tteokbokki was hard and the sauce was watery the last time. I’ve ordered tteokbokki from this specific location 5+ times in the past year and it was never like the last time I got it. I was able to fix it to where the texture of the rice cake was edible.. but I was annoyed after spending $16 on a meal that was completely wrong. The chicken katsu was also fried to oblivion the last time and they forgot the egg that I paid for. Is this location terrible? No, not not at all… but with the rising cost of food, I most likely will not be back. I’m leaving this as a positive review so you can see how much consistency matters to people!!

I ordered the boneless chicken wings ( Korean BBQ). They were good- crispy breading and tender chicken. The bulgogi fries were amazing. None of the fries were soggy even with everything on it. Great flavor and texture. The meat was thin and flavorful. I do wish there was a bit more meat on there for the price. I will definitely be back.

Food was subpar at best. Price came out to 42 dollars for a relatively small amount of food. “Bulgogi fries” were literally a few pieces of plain roast beef thrown on top of fries with cheese. The chicken Katsu was fried plain chicken that I had to salt myself and make my own sauce for. Won’t be returning.

Just left this restaurant and my food is clearly not fresh. Order 6 pc soy garlic wings and fried rice with soy garlic chicken. Rice is lukewarm with only about 4 small bland chicken cubes , rice seamed steamed instead of friend and lacked flavor. Wings are not hot at all, the flavor was there but clearly this chicken was already sitting around because they aren’t hot at all. I specifically ask for my wings right out the grease and fresh rice. Very disappointing This location and food quality is nothing like the one in china town. I paid $26 and you’d think I’d ant least get hot fresh food, definitely not worth it! I feel bamboozled

The texture, flavor and spice levels are perfect here. It’s different than most fried chicken but in a good way. My only regret is that I didn’t know about this place sooner.
