This place clearly prioritizes “Money” over the “customer”experience.
I’ve had a lot of KBBQ, but this spot is a coin flip: sometimes you get decent food, sometimes you get food poisoning. I’ve found small bugs at the self-serve and hair in my food a couple of times, which is proof of the lack of attention to basic hygiene.
The consistent issue is the staff (mainly the women). About 7 out of 10 times, they are rude, have a clear attitude problem, and are not customer-oriented at all. It feels like they are actively driving away business.
Management needs to invest in customer care training and maybe raise their pay so the staff aren’t taking out their frustrations on patrons. I will not be returning until they implement some customer training and better food safety. Even though it profits over good customer service, and I know nothing will change, but I had to say it.

I pretty much ate biweekly here. My first time having hot pot which was always great to have during the harsh winters. After the many times that I’ve come here, I’ve always enjoyed having both the hot pot and kbb. There are times when I’m in the mood for one over the other but majority of times having both has always been better. The owners have done a wonderful job maintaining this place and have always been welcoming to my friends and family. The best spot to eat here in Ithaca. Also, if you do get BBQ, here’s a tip: season the meats with the salt & spice rub. Add the oil all over the grill and ensure it’s hot. Add the minced garlic and onions and caramelize them before adding the meats to ensure a good crust. Marinating the shrimp with a sauce is also a good tip. Now in terms of the hot pot, making the sauce is and to do so choose what you like best.

This place is amazing and the food is absolutely delicious! I’ve never experienced a restaurant that combines Asian Hot Pot and Korean Style BBQ, and I was curious about how it would work. It turns out, they complement each other perfectly! The quality of the meat and ingredients was top-notch.
The restaurant is brand new and looks fantastic. The decor has some really cool touches, like misty flames next to the booths and beautiful lighting. It’s surprisingly spacious, with plenty of seating for large groups and VIP rooms for private events. There was even a cool service robot which brought the meat the tables! The sauce bar is a highlight, offering a variety of options to create your own dip for the BBQ, from spicy to sweet, plus some Asian specialty desserts.
The service was excellent. The servers were very attentive and the owners even came by to check on us. What a great addition to the restaurant scene in Ithaca! I’ll definitely be coming here again.

Delicious and fun hot pot experience! The spicy broth was flavorful, and everything from the seafood to the veggies was super fresh. Loved the individual pots and the sauce bar. Great service and clean space—definitely coming back!

Good all you can eat buffet, love the sauce bar and the appetizer. For extra $5 per person can enjoy the BBQ. However price had increased like everything else, good for special occasions but not for everyday! Wish you can just do the BBQ without the hotpot. You can only do hotpot only and add BBQ but no stand alone BBQ.

Came here after a wedding ceremony and we could not have picked a more welcoming place. Our private room for 12 guests was filled with delicious smells, a fun ambiance, and most importantly all the food we could imagine to boil or grill. We hadn’t signed up for karaoke but they gave us 30 free minutes in honor of our married couple.
Next time I’m in Ithaca, this will be a required stop

This place is wonderful. My wife and I have been twice. The quality of the meat is top notch and the marinade the meat sits in is amazing. The interior is really nice and classy. There’s even a robot that brings the plates with you sometimes.
Last time we went was today and I definitely ate so much I left with meat sweats.
Words of warning:
1. The spicy scale is Asian scale not American. So you may pay the price twice if you know what I mean..if you mess around. FAFO
2. they will charge you if you waste (and you can’t bring extras home) so I suggest you start small and just order more as you need it. They are very quick and responsive so you don’t have to wait long at all.
3. It’s either all hot pot, all BBQ, or all hot pot & BBQ for each table. You can’t have a party of 3 and one person has hot pot and one has BBQ, etc. you do have the option for combining both for each person.
This is a great spot and I wish them luck and success and hope they are around for a long time. It’s a great value for all you can eat Korean BBQ and/or hot pot.

Had the bbq. The ingredients are great. The miso pork belly was a burst of umami flavor. The staffs are very considerate and asked us often if we’d like to change our griddle. Able to eat 2-hr straight was money well spent.
