Subs were good. You could tell they took there time and didn’t just throw them together. BUT $60 for 3 subs will always be waay to much in my opinion. Other than that very enjoyable.

They have gluten free buns and cookies. They also have a great chicken Philly sandwich. I can’t eat deli meats, so it is nice they have grilled chicken. Wonderful staff! The service is quick.

THE OWNER IS NO BETTER!! I have never been to a jersey mike like this. I have had multiple issues at this jersey mikes from bread being soaked ( the manager told me they use 4oz split 2 oz oil and 2oz vinegar) to my sub falling out of the paper cause they can not wrap it. I spoke with Management: A manager anwsered the phone when i called, as soon as I asked for a manager I was hung up on, I called back and stated “I just called and was hung up on” the same manager very rudely, says, “I TOLD YOU I COULD NOT HEAR YOU!” I was stunned. Customer service would have been I apologize I could not hear you. With the owner standing next to him, she said nothing & got on the phone with me acted as if I owed her something. Then she promptly being rude says, “I can remake your sub.” haha no I will never give you that chance again. You will treat your customers with respect or lose your restaurant.

Took my 2 year old daughter and wife here for lunch. The man that checked us out provided a kids cup with a bendy straw that made her day.
When we sat down, she was wild as most 2 year olds are when dining in. To our surprise, the staff(assuming the same man as before) changed the tv to cartoons to entertain our little girl.
Little things like this that add up to such big emotions, make all the difference, and why our family will continue bringing our business here.

The people were friendly, and one sub was great. The hot subs however, didn’t have anything other than a little meat & cheese & a whole lot of bread. They knew we wanted veggies on it, so I thought they put them on them. We got home & the hot subs didn’t have any fresh veggies. Going to subway next time, to get fresh veggies. I think maybe it was miscommunication, as it was a different guy making the hot subs. Last time it was great! Wish we had the same experience this time.

Went here for sandwiches two weeks ago. Everything tasted great! The girl at the register neglected to say anything about us having enough points on our card to pay for a small sandwich and really steamed my boyfriend. He had to say something to her. So, if you have points from previous visits, you might want to mention it, or risk paying more.
Overall a good place to grab a tasty sandwich. Also, there isn’t a lot of seating option. We ate in the truck for privacy.

Jersey Mike’s Subs is a newer sandwich shop in Mount Vernon. The interior is brand new and feels very clean. You can order several cold or hot subs here. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak and it was fantastic!
