Grooves Kitchen, Daiquiri & Bar is a whole vibe period.
They offer $25 unlimited mimosas for 1 hour, a full bar, and let me be very clear: their daiquiris are TOP TIER 10/10. One drink in and you’re feeling just right. Two drinks? You already know. That alone tells you how good they are.
The music is on point, the energy is right, and the atmosphere stays lit without being chaotic. Perfect spot to celebrate a birthday, hang out with friends, or watch the game.
I made birthday reservations, and everything went smoothly. Customer service was A1 welcoming, attentive, and genuinely good vibes all around.
Yes, there’s a 20% service charge, but let’s be real this is a Black-owned business, and the service, quality, and experience are worth supporting. We show up for our community, especially when the product is this good.
They also have happy hour, so there’s always a reason to pull up.
Good drinks. Great music. Good energy. Strong pours. Grooves Kitchen is a must-visit
I’ll definitely be back.

10/10 Experience – Great Food, Vibe & Service! My visit to Grooves Kitchen & Daiquiris in Delray Beach was absolutely a 10 out of 10! For starters, I had the lobster bites appetizer — perfectly seasoned and delicious. My Rhythm and Rose cocktail was refreshing and beautifully balanced. For my main dish, I enjoyed the waffle and fried lobster, which was amazing — crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. My cousin had the fried catfish with strawberry shortcake French toast, and it looked just as incredible as it tasted!

Now that I’ve tried both the waffle and the French toast, I know not to get the cream drizzle next time — it’s a bit on the sweet side. If you don’t like sweets, the drizzle definitely won’t be for you.

The price for the portion is worth it.

The atmosphere was relaxing yet vibrant — a perfect balance for brunch. The customer service was warm and welcoming, and there were plenty of seating options even during the busy brunch hour. I also love that they host Ladies Night on Thursdays and Fridays with drink specials and a live DJ — sounds like a night to getaway from mommy duties, kick back and unwind.

I’m already looking forward to coming back soon to try more of their dishes that sounded delicious for dinner. Grooves is definitely a spot I’ll keep in my rotation!

First time here and honesty the food was amazing. The only thing I would say is don’t go if you’re in a hurry, the food was made to order and it came out steaming hot. I had the butter pecan French toast with fried chicken, my wife had the fried cat fish and grits and my mother in law had the chicken sandwich with collard greens. Also the service was good.

I really enjoyed this place when I tried it around the 4th month of opening. I loved their brunch & went for dinner. As a food reviewer, @Tandum.blogs on Tiktok, I gave an honest review of how impressed I was. This last visit was HORRIBLE & I don’t know if they can recover. I ordered wings which took OVER 45 minutes & they came burnt. The server Ricki, who is AMAZING, told us they won’t remake bone-in wings again but can give us chicken tenderloins. It was their mistake & they chose that was the best decision? No, thank you. That is the lowest quality of meat & so distasteful to offer to paying customers. They still brought them out 30 minutes later (not even the server knew why they made them) an unorganized kitchen. We tried them & it made us queasy. The drinks took over 15 minutes & were made inconsistently. The entree was ordered after the appetizer & took over an hour after they brought the tenderloins. They were NOT busy. It’s not worth paying for any of it. The only person that deserves money is the server. The music was too upbeat & for dancing when everyone was sitting. I wish they would scope the vibe & audience rather than playing Juvenile, Uncle Luke when the vibes would be soul, R&B etc.

I went to Grooves on 12/13/25 after being in the parade because I was extremely tired and hungry. This was my first time, and unfortunately, it will also be my last.

The vibe was good, and the waiter was very nice; however, the food experience was unacceptable. First, the food took an extremely long time to come out. When it finally arrived, the fried chicken looked and tasted like it was cooked in old, burnt oil. The food was cold and lacked any fresh appearance or flavor.

We were not provided silverware or napkins and had to ask for them. When I explained how the food tasted, I was asked if I wanted more. Absolutely not—if the grease is old and burnt, why would I want a second helping? That response alone was disappointing.

I was very upset about the money spent, as the food was not worth the price at all. Based on my experience and the reviews I’ve since read, I believe the complaints. If you’re going strictly for a good time and drinks, this place may be okay. However, if you’re going for the food, I would think twice.

I will never spend another dollar eating at Grooves again.

My family of 8 and I came for lunch. The place is small on the inside, but has a big patio. The atmosphere is super cute. Our server was Anthony and he was AMAZING! He was attentive to every order, and he continously checked on us.
The food was…chef’s kiss! Sorry we don’t have pictures. Lol! I had the fried catfish and grits. It came with scrambled eggs and toast. It was A LOT of food. 3 others at the table had shrimp and grits, and they loved it. Also, the collard green egg rolls and the fried lobster tail were great starters.
We will definitely be back!

Drove down from Orlando to try this place and have zero regrets! I had such a great time meeting up with old high school classmates here! The atmosphere was perfect for catching up, the food was absolutely amazing, and our waitress went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed plus more! I attached a picture of my food. I had fried lobster with grits. We were there for at least 6 hours and continued to give us the best service the entire time! Excellent service and delicious dishes — highly recommend!

I went here for dinner and I really enjoyed the meal and the service that was provided. The egg rolls are a must try! The drinks were excellent. Ricki was our server and she was so attentive and knowledgeable. Honestly, her insight and positive attitude made the experience even better. I will be back but for brunch; as I personally prefer that menu.
