We came in about 30 min before closing and the gal named Kim working was amazing. She had been there since 8am and still was super friendly. All their veggies were very fresh and she made a killer sub!! I like a ton of lettuce and normally most subways are skimpy on it but she actually made our sandwiches the way we wanted. Then even told us about the awesome rewards program and explained how it worked. Thanks so much Kim, we will definitely be back soon!!

Went to get a meal around 2 something p.m. at Walmart Spanaway Washington and received a very bad service. Young white, blonde hair, female, skinny. She ask what sandwich we want and told her Phillysteak.
Didn’t even ask what we wanted on our sandwich. She did our sandwich on her own.
Seems like she’s racist or something.
Bad manners, Bad customer service, Poor communication

This is the third time I have ordered online and went to pick it up at this location. I have been disappointed every single time. The sandwich is sloppyly made and looks like they use the worst quality ingredients since you aren’t physically looking at the sandwich when they are making it. I will be driving further and going to a different subway from now on. Based on the comments of other reviews it wasn’t worth calling the manager to complain. She seems worthless. Also the store is Filthy. Should have been my first red flag but decided to keep giving them chances. Done.

Great customer service. Friendly, polite, professional. My Chicken bacon ranch with mayo and roasted garlic aioli was the bomb/delicious! Thank you so much. Best sandwich I’ve had in a while. I would have added photos but I ate it so fast.

The old lady that works here has a HORRIBLE attitude, I walked in and she just GLARED at me no “hi or hello” like I wasn’t wanted there, do customers not pay you? Her customer service is FOUL. Now my husband went in and she did not toast my footlong at all, and gave him an attitude too.. if YOU’RE burnt out from your job find something else to do for employment. It’s really rude & disheartening.

I did an online order and when I went there, the employee told me that she could not make one of the sandwiches that I had ordered. So she told me to pick out another sandwich that was comparable. The sandwich I ordered had three meats on it so I picked another sandwich with three meats and she told me that it was too much of a price difference. So I asked her what sandwich I could get that would be comparable? She told me a one meat sandwich and I told her, but that’s not what I ordered. So I had suggested that she make the sandwich I ordered and just omit the meat that she was out of. She became extremely rude and told me that she could not do that and would have to call a manager to get permission so I told her “yes please do that.” She came back after using the phone and said she could not get a hold of anybody and the only thing that she could do for me is not give me the sandwich and I would have to go online and get a refund. She also told me that we could not eat our sandwiches there in the store. She was totally unapologetic and completely rude for no reason. There was no reason why she could not accommodate me and make a sandwich.
I went online there is no one 800 number for customer service or any way for me to get my money back. I called the store four times talking to the manager, trying to get the $15 back for the meal that I never received. All of those four times, she could not talk on the phone or told me that she could not figure out how to get the refund to me. I have emailed Subway and filled out a complaint about the store and still nothing. I’m pretty much out the $15 that I spent. I don’t recommend ever using online ordering or going to this store.

Don’t bother ordering online because the lazy employees at this location don’t even bother to make your order until you show up. Our order said it was ready on the app but we get there and they haven’t even started making them. When we showed up there wasn’t even a customer in the store so no excuse with not having our order ready. Only went to this location further away from home so we wouldn’t have to go into Walmart. I guess next time we will go to the one headed towards parkland. Thanks for wasting our time with your broken system with lazy employees.
