Ordered from here for the first time last weekend. When I arrived our food was piping hot and smelling so delicious. Service was just ok, not too friendly, but direct and appreciative, which is fine. Its not a restaurant where you sit and enjoy your food, you grab and go and it was great just for that. Between the deals, freshness and taste of our food here, we’ll definitely order again! Thank you!

Don’t even bother here. The wait to receive your order is ridiculous. It took 20 mins AFTER I got a text saying my order was ready to get it. When I arrived it had not even been started. I was on my lunch break. So that took the whole time just waiting in store for what should have been done. Also this was me trying to give them a second chance knowing they were a little skimpy on topping in the papabowl. So I made sure to click extra every thing I wanted in the bowl. But when I got it you could see the bottom of the bowl on both papabowl in the order. The skimpiest thing I have ever received. Extremely shallow. Worse than the previous time I ordered it. I reached out via the website because I didn’t have time to go back to the store or call and complained it’s been 12 days and I keep getting told they’ll have the store call. Nope no call no resolution. Just horrible service and product. Don’t waste your money here.

I ordered a pizza online 30 minutes before closing, I needed it delivered. But I figured it’s literally a 3 minute drive… It said order placed, my card was charged, and I paid $7.00 Delivery fee… Thought everything was good. As I’m waiting and wondering where my pizza is… I look at clock it’s 20 min past closing I go into my emails…. And it says that they couldn’t get a hold of me….nobody tried to get a hold of me! Said there was a issue with card… There is no issue with the card. My card was charged. This is poor communication on their part. And this is ridiculous. As a single mom, after a long day needed something late and quick to feed my teens and now I gotta figure something out. This is BS!!!

So we ordered a pizza. Watched a whole almost two episodes of 45 minute show realizing our pizza hadn’t arrived, called and they said it was delivered. We looked outside nothing. We are in an apartment all of them are numbered we double checked to make sure everything was correct.
They called back and said that there was another door they had to go through! Which isn’t true. Just up the stairs. Walked down stairs and saw it was left on the down stairs neighbors door step.
And we opened the box and the pizza looks like it was thrown. I will include pictures. I am not happy. And I’ve never had a bad experience but this was just absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered in person the gluten free crust option and the first pizzas was good, because then I got a bad reaction because I discovered that their preparation wasn’t really “gluten free”. Obviously there was some cross-contamination. Go to PizzaGuys in Marysville for truly gluten free

I ordered via app. I showed up when app told me order was ready. My food wasn’t even in the oven yet. The two employees there did not even acknowledge that I was in the store even though they saw me. I finally got my food 25 minutes after the estimated completion time. I didn’t get an apology, just a statement that they were busy. To top things off, my order was incorrect. Will not be visiting this store again.

I normally love their pizza. This time it wasn’t as good. I think it needed more sauce. The pizza didn’t taste as flavorful or fresh as in the past. Also, I ordered online. Although the online tracking said my order was ready for pickup, I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes after my arrival. The employees were courteous. The young man at the counter appeared to be new at his position. He was doing his best and was helpful.

Pizza is always good and the delivery is pretty quick. We have ordered several pizzas, wings, and appetizers from here and have never been let down. There was one mistake, once, and they were quick to fix the mistake and had us take the extra pizza home that was mad incorrectly. Will keep going back.

I ordered my pizzas at 1:15pm and was to be delivered by 4:15. The driver was over 20 minutes late. And when I called the store all they could say was sorry. The only plus side was atleast my food was still warm
I did a call from the owner did give me a personal call back and he was awesome to work with and friendly an was willing to correct things.
The owner lived up to most of his deal. He said I quote. “You next order is on us” that being said was my entire order was supposed to be on the house. In stead they only want to cover what the original order was and the difference was only 17.95.
If it was me i would have held my word on my deal.
