I’ve tried a lot of boba places, and this one actually stands out. I ordered a honey oolong milk tea. The tea flavor was strong but smooth. It didn’t taste watered down at all. The sweetness level was just right. The boba was warm and chewy, which is rare. The shop was clean and well organized. I liked how calm the atmosphere felt. The staff were smiling and welcoming. You can tell they care about what they make. The cup presentation was simple but cute. I enjoyed every sip of my drink. This place feels reliable. I would confidently recommend it to friends. Definitely coming back again.

The worst Starbucks Store in all Starbucks. It is said to be open at 4:30, but it is never open. The employees inside are not at work at 4:30. They say Drive -Thru is open, but it is also closed. When you place a mobile order, they don’t even look at that order. There is no other Starbucks location where such a bad service is provided.

Went in around 1:00 Experience was okay but it turned weird when I saw the barista who took my order make a gesture to someone when she noticed I didn’t tip. They took uncomfortably long with my drink, then as another barista was telling me goodbye, there was an unmistakably smug look on her face. I asked for whip cream and they didn’t add it so I thought that might have been the worse of not tipping, but I have been feeling nauseous. I’m gonna reach out, I didn’t wanna cause a scene plus I had to get back to work but I would not come here again. The short girl with olive skin and the black girl who work in the afternoon are strange people.

To be completely honest this is the worst Starbucks location in Birmingham,AL. I visited this location a while back and the service was bad, so naturally I didn’t come back. Well running late this morning I ordered a mobile pick up. Arrived to the store, they were closed. Checks their times and they should have been open 30 minutes before I arrived once let inside I asked for a refund because the drinks were not ready mind you I am already running late. I also asked why time did they open because the app let me order. The young lady working responded “we open when we want to”. Safe to say I will not be back even if I am running late and this location is less than 2 minutes from my office.

The store was clean and well stocked. They even had the little wooden stir sticks that I like. The barista was very professional and made me a good cappuccino. There is a parking deck right by the drive through.

World‘s worst Starbucks. And that includes the one that left a splendid package in my drink. I’ve spent 20 minutes in the drive-through you can’t even bail because there’s a curb between you and freedom. There were only three cars or four cars in front of me. They are incredibly understaffed. I will never come here again.

Just wanted to say this Starbucks made me the best Starbucks matcha latte I’ve ever had. All other Starbucks I’ve been to doesn’t fully mix the matcha powder but this place has made me the smoothest matcha latte the last two times I’ve been. I only have one pic because I forgot to take a pic of the one today. But they’re equally good. AND they actually read the extra stuff and didn’t put ice in my drink. Thank you guys so much!!!

Closed at 5:25 no answer at the drive-through finally drive around two or three people inside. Sat there for a few minutes waiting. Finally somebody comes over and says we’re closed our Help didn’t show up. We’re not open until 530. Really I mean how hard is it to make a cup of coffee, especially when you gotta be at work early and you expect this place to be opened this is why they got deemed for nothing because they didn’t do anything today, right

I had such a great experience at Starbucks the other day thanks to Cam Jason and Bella! All of them were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Jason went above and beyond to make sure my order was just right, and Bella greeted me with such a warm smile that instantly brightened my day.
