If I could give zero stars I would. This is my first time experiencing bad food from jack in the box. I will never order at this location again. I ordered on Uber Eats. It came in 10 mins and my order was wrong, cold and nasty. My churros were old taste like yesterday the best part of the meal was the drink. I asked for no onions and no lettuce on a bacon cheeseburger and they gave me a burger with lettuce ketchup and mayo only. Also my 2 drink and cheesecake were missing. I’m very disappointed a waste of $38.30

Very unwelcoming service, kinda rushing me to order, when we received our food everything was cold the cheese on our burgers was not even melting, asked for some water room temperature they said they didnt have any and gave me a cold water bottle overall our experience was not pleasant.

This place needs to get a better customer service. I went there for a drive-through a couple of times and my fry was so cool and they forgot to give me my drinks.

Just went thru the drive-thru and they ended up pulling to the front. Which isn’t that bad. Got my food then drive across town to Target to charge my car. When I went to go eat me sandwich I noticed it wasn’t made right. Tried calling but their phone is disconnected. So now I have to drive all the way back across town to get it fixed and then across town to go home. Unacceptable!
