Delicious burgers! Heard about this spot and finally got to try it out. Like any restaurant in a hotel, you do have to walk through the hotel to get there but there are tables to dine in at along with the bar. Would come back again for sure! Got the farm fresh burger with a side salad.

We are staying at the hotel, so we ordered breakfast to go from burger theory. The server that answered the phone, was very kind and nice. My daughter ordered the “mini malted waffles with berries and whipped cream”. what she got was 3 eggo waffles, a sprinkle of a couple blueberries, and some powdered sugar. Very disappointing for the price and food description. I got the breakfast burrito and it was decent.

Highly recommend! Great burgers, great service. Everything is fresh and perfectly prepared. Choose your own ingredients, or enjoy their excellent combos. Try the queso dip and desserts in a jar! Such a hidden gem. We went twice in one day, for lunch and dinner ! They also make an excellent dirty martini Glad we found it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

EXCELLENT RESTAURANT! Quick pitstop for me & hubby on our drive home from California to Arizona. Burger Theory was a GREAT CHOICE! Excellent burgers (and fish sandwich too), had the onions rings which were crispy and yummy and also a side salad. Everything was great including the service and atmosphere. A must -try place if you live in Yuma or are just passing through!

Very new place, not enough reviews or pictures but great bar and great food located inside Holiday Inn! Got the Farm Fresh burger with a lot of grilled veggies and juicy patty. Fries were juicy and crispy with the perfect amount of seasoning.
