Waiter for six years while going to college.

Im also q retired schoolteacher whk moved to el dorado and bought a house here. 1 1/2;years ago.

parked so i could order to go. They said i needed to move my suv from the 2 car widthv entrance to the store. I was blocking traffic. So they said. Almost no traffic i noted.I have diffuculty at drive thru windows getting order right.

Bad investment. The business seems to be more geared for a more racy croud anymore. Burters chicken onion rings a ff.

I had three girls tag team me to leave. I dont know why….one of the girls i had given her a tip on how to make better tips hy including one dollar bills in the change, and dont count out the fives. Ppl will think they paid less, and wallet will be fatter upon leaving. AnD will have ones for tips. I see the reworked tye menu fees….yes fees…for tyat to happen. I left. The oldeest girl with the go go boots said that i ome in all the time and give them trouble. I met her once,when they first opened. They had no customers two years qgo when I went in. I have since invitee prob about 50 people out of town to go eat there
I enouraged them, and provided feedback to improve customer service. They had a 1963 jcpenny transistor radio in the window
I fixed it in trade for a chicken dandwich. It took four hours. I thought i was doing work for a start up business and they mght impress others with some humility.
I was wrong.
. Fines5 fhickn sandwitch. Bought one 9f a hindi friend of mine. Said if he didnt want i5, i 3ould eat it for him. It burned h8s lip it was so fresh and hot.
It sold him. I bought 3 eince then as rewards for favors he gave me. Like good advice that paid off.
This burger joint has lost its charm.
I last ate tyere about a month ago. A dollar and twenty centsbworth of onion rinhs for 7 dollars.
Maybe i should go to sonuc. They do m9re to helpbthe humble worker than these ungrateful ppl do.

Small, hole in the wall place that has a big time, castle feel!
Food: We tried two different burgers (Bronco and Cowboy) and they were both very good. We both had onion rings and they were TOPS! Lots of choices in burgers but the onion rings are a must!
Atmosphere: small, quaint, clean and bright atmosphere. Small building but you just feel the need to experience dining in at least once!
Service: TOPS! Chirpy and cheerful! You can’t help but immediately like the experience. The girls aren’t afraid to offer suggestions and one can tell they believe they work for the best. And the owner (at the end) was super friendly. We almost didn’t get to meet him but you can quickly understand why everyone and the ambiance of this small hole in the wall place is bright.

Justine was an absolutely STELLAR employee. Food is BIG BODY BANGIN’ but she is the one that stole the show, her captivating smile and charm really set the tone for how great my experience was going to be today.
I cannot recommend this place enough especially with how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is about burger and burger technology.
If it aligned with my diet I would eat here every DAY.

The chicken on my salad was yellow. I understand that it was marinated in something, but definitely made the salad look unappealing when you first open up the container. Some of my lettuce was starting to go bad and the cheese had melted a little. My husband’s hamburger was still pink in the center and the fries were soggy and tasted old. We ended up throwing our meals away because their appearance alone was unappetizing. We drove from Douglass to try this place and are disappointed we weren’t able to enjoy the meal. As for service, it wasn’t amazing, but they weren’t rude or uninviting and the atmosphere wasn’t anything exciting to write about either.

My wife had the Cowboy Burger bacon, onion rings , lettuce, tomato, cheese & Bbq sauce. Food is phenomenal. Well worth the drive to just come here. They also have a bakery right next store to them open from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm m-w-f sat. 8-11 am. If you like great food try this place it is off the chart. Great food and awesome shakes will be back to try the whole menu

I just want everyone to know that a review wrote by john mcclellan.It’s not completely true. I was there on that day and Mr. Mcclellan, for whatever reason was angry about not being able to park in the drive through, and was blocking traffic. It’s a shame that he blamed one of the most hard-working employees

If you’re looking for a true and traditional hamburger cooked and served the way Mom did them, this it! Absolutely one of the best burgers and very filling. We met the owner Chad and told him this was a 6 napkin burger . Chad and his wife also run Bakery 177 next door. BurgerCo features their pies. Don’t pass those up. We will definitely be back!
