Ordered a Reuben to be delivered because it was to cold to go out. It was by far, the best Reuben sandwich I have ever had. Good size. I could only eat half, even though my taste buds kept wanting more. Definitely recommend, and will order again. Never had a bad meal at Diggers.

I was there last week with 35 relatives and family members, which was not planned. I had called there the day before, and even though they had a cocktail party that already had an existing reservation at the same time, they were able to accommodate us, and did it with ease! The staff was phenomenal. The food and service were outstanding, everything was % on point. They took care of us and treated us, as if we were the only ones there….Hats off and much applause for making a difficult time for us, go without a hiccup…..

My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch (3:40pm). We heard the burgers are really good. Started the meal with an appetizer of a dozen chicken wings, 6 hot & 6 Jerked. The wings were very good. The meals, My wife had a cheese burger with onion rings, I had the New York BEC with SPK and fries. The fries were probably the best I have had on Long Island. Super crunchy and very TASTEY. The BEC with SPK was also delicious. Be aware, they wrap it and cut it in half on the plate which was something I wasn’t expecting. I can easily palm a basketball so the half of burger was like eating a nugget. Food was really good but lost 1 star for the simple reason. My wife ate her entire meal which NEVER happens, and I left still feeling hungry which also never happens when we eat out. I never have room for desert and my wife always leaves with something to take home but this was the exception. First time for everything I guess. Bill came to $70 for the 2 of us which is not really that bad, just wish the portions were a little bigger. They have a big patio area out back that will surely pack out when the season starts.

Came here with a group of 10 coworkers. Great service, great food. QuickDraw, great beer selection. Our server was able to give us separate checks that we needed for reimbursement. Would definitely go back.

I honestly hate to write this review. My family and I have been eating at Digger’s for years. When we were there yesterday for lunch, a roach crawled out on the table from where the salt and pepper shakers are. I captured it under my water glass and made the server aware. I understand things like this can happen in a restaurant, so we didn’t make a big deal and leave. They apologized and let us move to another table. When we got the bill, we were surprised that they didn’t compensate us for anything. Not a single drink or anything was taken off. We were obviously a bit grossed out by the incident, but had they made an effort to make it right, I would not be writing this. I guess we’re going to have to find somewhere else to eat when we are in the area in the future.

The food is always great!! The service is awesome too. I go with my friends during lunch hour often. When we tell the waiter we are pressed for time, they always get us in and out in a timely fashion.

Really Enjoyed my time here on Friday! This establishment is keeping up with proper protocol and social distancing measures. The atmosphere was positive and the staff was super friendly. The Bartender Will Van Vliet was Awesome. He is most definitely an asset to this Restaurant. The Food Was amazing and the service was applaudable. Definitely recommend dining in or Out here. I will certainly be back soon!
