undeniably the best customer service ive ever gotten from a subway. the man who took my order (i think he is manager) was extremely nice and he truly made me feel more seen than a waiter at a sit down restaurant! give that man a raise!!!!

Says under “NEW management” but the employees haven’t changed at all. Very rude/slow/lazy. Not professional either for putting fingers in people’s faces to hold on, takes 5 minutes to put gloves on. 2 employees one won’t help cause she has to clean but other employee takes 5 minutes to put gloves on and read receipts. I ordered online for the first time, everything is on the receipt. Charge $2.50 for bacon just to not get bacon. Gets footlong sub turkey and cheese, but….only get literally no joke 4 slices of turkey on a footlong sub… We asked for Baja chipotle sauce, we typically go to Elkin Walmart for subs. But we stayed local this time. The sauce was either watered down or just added vinegar to Baja sauce.. not at all properly made but still put on our subs and subs were beyond soggy for only a 6 minute drive home. Pick up order wasn’t even started considering I ordered online half hour prior so husband could pick up at 7:30. Multiple pick up orders came in behind my husband and non of their subs started either. But employees standing around being snots to each other while receipts just sitting on receipt machine orders not begun. The restaurant might be overall better and employees might have bad and good days but you work for customer service under a new management store. You need some new employees that have work ethic and respect.

Shout out to James! Had an online order to pick up after church it wasn’t ready there was a long line. He was amazing . He was very busy but managed to get my order done and it was perfection . Thank you James this guy deserves a raise

1:00 p.m. on a Monday out of lettuce pickles meat no lines whatsoever this location is consistently out of everything but you can say hello to the nice servers do not order from the app because it does not actually tell you that they do not have things so they’re basically going to let you come all the way out to tell you they don’t have anything that you wanted so there’s that maybe this location will close it’s on its way out I think

New ownership and New Management has greatly improved this Subway. This place is cleaner and the food is a whole lot better if could give more than five stars I definitely would.
