I blame myself for tipping cash. Nonetheless this is the last order. They couldn’t be bothered to slice a pizza and the sub was veggies. I called the store and was asked “what do you want me to do?? We close soon .”

Domino’s I am very disappointed in what I
was when opened these boxes up and saw this mess. It looks nothing like what I sing online. I never even asked for the Pizza to be cut in squares. I just asked for it to be thin crust.
I think there’s nothing no worse then to work all day. Tired, and you don’t want to cook, you have your mouth set for something and it’s not what you want. But you have to take it anyway, that just doesn’t seem right to me.

I’ve literally never had an issue with this branch until today, ordered a pizza once a week like it’d kill me not too. Canceled my order because they couldn’t contact me after arriving, ordered it again to the same location after changing my number and waited an hour and a half before calling back and having the manager rudely tell me I didnt change my location (my job) or my number (I did) and that’s why they wouldn’t deliver it. I would recommend against getting anything delivered from this location.
Heres an edit a couple days later, do NOT order from this location. They wanted to send me the hour and a half old pizza and I told them i wanted a refund because I was leaving my location and wouldn’t be there to receive the now undoubtedly cold pizza. They both told me they would AND are obligated by their policy to issue a refund and have intentionally withheld my money. I will now be filing a chargeback for fraud.

we ordered delivery and it took over an hour for it to get here. the app told us it was delivered as we watched the delivery driver leave, without giving us pizza. when we called the store we were told to wait 15 minutes & call back if it didn’t show up. turns out, he delivered it 4 houses down from ours. if we didn’t know our neighbors well, we would have had no pizza, and either had to wait another hour, or get no reimbursement.

This was my first time coming to this Dominos. Walked in today to place an order and stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was even standing there. When one of the 3 people working finally did speak to me, he asked if I had already placed an order. I said no, and he just went back to doing what he was doing. I waited another 10 minutes or so waiting for someone to come to the counter but no one ever spoke or came to the counter.

I ordered 2 large pizzas. Simple order, cause I worked making pizzas in the past and wanted to keep it simple. I ordered this at 7:50, but none of it was delivered until 9:48. I live 15 minutes from this location. The pizza was cold, the pizza was paper thin in the middle, and they didn’t add extra cheese that I requested. I’m upset, I normally love ordering from here. The boxes the pizzas were in were soaked with grease, but was cold, with the box bent. I understand that it’s veteran’s day and orders were probably high, but seriously there isn’t a real excuse for the bad quality.

We ordered the food about an hour and a half ago. An hour ago, the app said it was out of the oven. We called to check the status since we have not received it yet. The woman who answered the phone was of no help and when we asked to speak to the manager, we were put on hold for about 15 minutes which was enough time for us to drive there. When we got there, the pizza was sitting on a rack with about 40 other pizzas waiting to be delivered by their single delivery driver. When we asked if it could be remade, they insisted that the pizza would have to be put at the bottom of the list and it would take another hour. We opted just to keep the cold pizza that we were waiting for and they only reimbursed the delivery fee. Very disappointed with the food and the service. If I could leave less than one star, I would.

I place my order at 6:51 I call the store to see what was taking so long after a hour went by automated said my pizza was done and waiting for the delivery driver to come pick it up. My thought was why they made my pizzas so soon if they didn’t have a delivery driver at the time. When I call and complain about it the store manager lashay was very rude and nonchalant like he didn’t care very unprofessional. I didn’t get my pizza until 8:28 and you already know it’s was COLD!!

Order the pizza and pasta. The pizza came back soggy and not cooked fully, and the pasta had no pasta sauce on it. Called to complain and they wanted to argue and offer me a credit that said that I couldn’t use the credit till the next day. And seeing as how we were here on vacation we weren’t going to be here the next day. So we had to drive all the way out there and pitch a fit before they fix the order. Highly recommend that if you want pizza and good service that you go somewhere else
