I just ordered a large pizza and I check the app to see if it been delivered. It said that it had been delivered but was never at my door. Didn’t hear a knock or nothing. I went outside to see if I can see the pizza delivery Person And the neighbour tells me that the delivery Person went to the other building adjacent to the apartment building I stay in. I’m already pissed off That I have to walk to the other building to get my order But as soon as I get back into my apartment I open the pizza box and one of the slices is missing. I cannot even make this up. I am so mad right now. I called the store to let them know about my order and to see if I can get a new order to replace the one I got. Whoever answered the phone told me that since they Do their deliveries through DoorDash, I will have to personally call DoorDash and talk to them even though To Resolve the matter . Even though I never order from DoorDash, I ordered directly off the website website to order my pizza. The photo that I took is what I got. I normally order from Papa John’s all the time, but this restaurant is the worst. The guy who answered the phone Wasn’t professional or try tohelp me resolve this issue. They didn’t offer To replace this pizza and now I’m just sitting here with this piece of crap that I can’t even eat because I don’t know if it’s even safe for me to Even eat. I would not never order from these people ever again the customer service, Quality, is down right BAD!!!!!!! The staff is unhelpful, and I would not prefer To eat from them, even if there was a given free pizza out. The only reason I’m giving them one star is because I can’t give them no stars.

I ordered online for a curb side pickup. It went well and the thin crust pizza plus parmesan papadias. Although I waited for sometime at parking right in-front of the store, I didn’t get any delivery but after about 10mins, they got it. They were good and warm on a cold night. I liked the thin crust bbq pizza a lot. It was tasty and crunchy.

I purchased 90 dollars worth of pizza last night to feed my family and instead of getting the great pizza I normally get I got pizza with dough that was as tough as leather some boneless chicken wings that looked more like popcorn chicken then a wing and extremely doughy garlic knots!!!!. I will be requesting a full refund and will more then likely not order from this papajohns again. However terrible the food was I atleast had an extremely nice delivery driver they even put paper plates and napkins in the bag with my sodas.

Placed an on-line delivery order last night. Once the order was completed, it redirected me to door dash stating they would now be delivering my pizza. I would have not ordered if I would have known I was going to be switched to door dash. There should be something stating this is their form of delivery prior to placing the order. We had no issue with the pizza itself.

UPDATE: I did contact Samantha, the stores manager. She was very apologetic and gave me my money back. Id like to say the delivery driver was thoughtful and provided plates as we were jot at home
Extremely unprofessional! Tiera(Manager) will cuss you out WITH f-bombs & then hang up on you. When asked how to reach GM. I was told her name is Samantha, but she’ll tell you the same f’ing thing. The delivery took an hour and 45 minutes. Got an entire speal about one of the drivers got arrested for no insurance/drugs &child support. They left off the sausage, pizza arrived cold and smooshed. (See pic) They wouldn’t remake it because supposedly the ovens were off.

Ordered a ‘double bacon cheesy burger’ pizza. 1)Only available in medium, not large. 2) amount of toppings were notably sparse, especially considering the price for double toppings 3) ordering from a centralized number is consistently difficult because the agents usually have a heavy international accent that attempts to solicit adding to an order. Overall, it’s tragic how Papa John’s has deteriorated since the founder John Schnatter stepped aside. I appreciate nothing stays the same, but the quality, service, and value at least from this Papa John’s location have all declined significantly.

The manager was rude. You had 2 websites doordash pizza was $22. on the app it says $13.99 was gonna buy 2 pizzas, but price gouging.. She couldn’t tell me why the same pizzas had 2 different prices, while I was talking to her.. the phone went dead.. by that time I had made it to the store. She acted as if she didn’t know anything, & I asked her y she hung up on me. She claims she didn’t. I was on a 3 way call & my daughter was like did she hang up on you. Smdh. Bad bizness & management been here since 11:05 pm it’s 11:37pm & she says do u wanna order I told here that I did already. Well I’m finna make ur pizza n a few minutes.. She made sure that my pizza was the last one that she made.. & it’s 11:44pm and she just put my pizza in the oven.. & ur employees do not wear any hand/food sanitation gloves when preparing customers food. She fixed my pizza with bare hands. Unsanitary.. she’s been making boxes, handing out food.. smh.. now it’s 11:
