I don’t understand why it’s difficult to make pizzas, but this location has figured out how to screw it up. If you order here, plan on your order being at least an hour later than you need it. The level of incompetence is beyond anything I’ve ever seen. I’m giving 2 stars only because the manager felt bad and gave me some free food to make up for my long wait.

Weirdly the crust looked cooked but all 4 pizzas were under cooked. Not a great experience. Even the thin and crispy was just soggy gross.

Placed an order on the app at this location around 6:54 PM and the estimated time for the order to be finish was 7:10 pm. Got there 12 minutes after 7 and noticed there was a bunch of adolescent kids inside the franchise/establishment. No more than 17 or 18 years of age. If I had paid money for the quality of work that was handed to me I would’ve been even more pissed than I am now. But thank god I only used my points. I still consider it to be a waste of my points because it takes a while for you to build them up. I really think we need to force an age requirement to work in restaurants ,because hiring only the young who really don’t care about values and etc is ridiculous.

Tonight was the worst of the worst, when I arrived to pickup my order; I see kids…yes kids working in the kitchen, the managers kids at that; talking bout she was feeling well an that they was gonna have to close early an I still had to wait for my food; several other customers were called due to order weren’t getting prepared cause of the early closure smhd…. Sylvania Pizza Hut needs to just close up shop cause obviously they can’t keep people working there….. Well guess from here on I’ll have to go to statesboro for a good fresh pizza

Pizza But seems to be getting better in my area, but there has been many mistakes in ordering. The PH app is an issue and freezes. I know there are issues with hiring people, but they do need to get delivery back up and running. I will say that in the last 3 visits that my food has been correct and was good. I give 3 stars, but I also see them working hard to fix the issues. I’ll continue to give my support at this time.

I’m bias but working here doesn’t prevent me from being a customer as well. While I do know that sometimes the wait may be a little longer I also know the staff is doing their best to make sure my order is right. What others dont get the chance to see is how hard the staff works and they dont realize or care that they are not the only ones ordering at one time. Sometimes one customer would order 20+ pizzas without notice. Our pizzas are freshly made…they are not ready made.
