Honestly, I heard so much about the KBBQ that I didn’t even realize they served hot pot as well. We went during the week at lunch so there was a lunch special. I think we paid around $20-$23 each for all you can eat hot pot. We got one side original style broth and the other a spicy broth. The meat came in decent portions and there were also unlimited sides like spicy fish cake and kimchi. And there were ice cream cups at the end which was such a refreshing treat. Would definitely come back again!

I’ve been to Omi 3 times for Korean grill. The first time was fantastic. The last two times the service has been horribly slow which means do you sit with no food to cook on your grill. The grill continues heating and any scraps start to burn and it gets smoky and stings your eyes. I didn’t take very good pictures but you can see the burnt food stuck on the grill in this pic. Trying to get someone’s attention to either bring you more food and/or change the grill plate and then to pay your bill is brutal. I ended up having to go up to the front. The last time we were there, our grill stopped cooking. We finally got our server’s attention and he said the grills are set for 2 hours (which is the max time that you’re allowed to stay). I informed him that we had only been there 1 hour and 10 minutes (Life 360 recorded our time arriving in the parking lot so I knew that this was a fact) and at least the last 15 minutes of that the grill was getting colder and the food wasn’t cooking. I’m not sure if they do this on purpose so that you run out of time and don’t eat too much food but it seemed we were intentionally neglected. We were only given 2 rounds of food and could have done a third if the service wasn’t so terrible. Each time we only got a few items, I would recommend getting a bunch just in case you end up sitting with no food to cook like we did. I believe if you have leftovers they will charge you so it’s a balance of making sure you can eat what you order. You can not take any leftovers home. $40/person is a decent price if you’re able to make as much food as you want, as intended. However, when you’re left with nothing to cook and the clock is still running it is incredibly disappointing.
It’s also very loud. They had the music incredibly loud and it was hard to hear people even at our table. As someone else mentioned, they could use ventilation. You will leave there smelling like a combination of strange burnt food.
I was hoping that our second trip was a fluke in the poor service but when it happened again, and even worse the next time, we won’t be back.

The food was great, but NO instructions on how to do everything. We got the hot pot, which was fun. But it would have been Very helpful to have some instructions (printed or verbal) on how long to cook everything, especially the seafood. The servers were very difficult to understand too.

Went to Omi tonight and what a great experience. It was our kids first time with Korean BBQ and now they want to go back to try the Hot Pot!

I brought my team for our annual Christmas celebration. The experience was excellent. Many team members had never experienced Korean BBQ and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience. One team member and I had the hot pot, which was great. The tom yum broth was very tasty and slightly spicy. The quality of the beef and vegetables was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that quail eggs, fried pork skin and Vietnamese beef balls were offered.
I highly recommend Omi Shrewsbury.

This was so amazing.Came for the bbq and it was very good, a wide range of meat selection and good vegetables and even pineapple . The sauce bar was also amazing. The service was a bit slow, but it appears they’re hiring so it’s alright. Very good!!! the side dishes were yummy too

Food is great, however both times I have come here the service has been bad. She does not check on you and had to ask if we can order after sitting for 20 minutes. We also had to wait 30+ minutes just to order more food even though it’s an all you can eat. The money would be worth it if the service was better. Don’t come here for a special occasion or a hangout because the service will ruin the experience .

I went for the bbq, but they also have hot pot that I’ll have to try later! Meat quality was very solid. I tried each of the beef options, and my favorites were the beef tongue and marinated beef bulgogi. Grill worked well and they quickly offered a new grill after we used ours for a bit. Nice little selection of sauce and veggies. Also tried some of their sides, and enjoyed the tempura shrimp. Will definitely come back again!

Hot pot dinner is pretty good! They have everything in the menu plus the cold dishes from the sauce station. A good variety of selections! Table was big and seats were comfortable.
