The employees and the food are always great, very friendly! The drive through when used is very quick and accurate. Food is always fresh. The east coast Italian with extra hot peppers, is addictive. I like that you have the option of having extra bread removed from the sub bun, to teduce carb intake and the bun is tge best in the industry.

I really appreciate they keep their restaurant CLEAN! Windows and seating area are clean. My order has always been correct. Have ordered from the catering menu many times – always accurate on my orders, and they greet you when you come in. Friendly & fantastic service.

Never had a problem before, ordered my usual turkey tom paid $11 for it. Opened it up and LITERALLY they only put 3 pieces of turkey on it. Very disappointed!!!! What the heck jimmy johns if i brought it back would you eat this?!!

I thought it was freaky fast…..not so much. Went through the drive through because no one was there not even a customer in the store. Placed our order which took a while because no one said anything when we pulled up…then after paying for the two sandwiches we got to watch 4 employees stand around playing on their phones for ten minutes….finally someone must have decided to make our two sandwiches. They walked away and came back about 5 or so minutes later to put them in a bag. About 2 minutes later a different employee to grab the bag and finally give it to us. Thanks for the slowest drive through service I’ve ever had.

My daughter had gotten sick on our way home from vacation, so we stopped here to regroup. The staff was so helpful and compassionate, even turning on the hose outside so we could rinse things off. They provided us with extra cups and water to make her more comfortable and thanks to them we made it home comfortably. Can’t thank them enough!
