Whenever is working Sunday November 26 2023 at 3:15 pm has terrible customer service. i stood there for 10 min and she didn’t even acknowledge my existence as she continued to make 3 online orders with a screw you look on her face.. I walked out after she rolled her eyes at me . This is not the first time this has happened at this store.Willard really has poor service at all their fast food restaurants .

No matter when we go the workers are always rude and the food always tastes gross. I won’t return because of the awful service we’ve had here. Also I know several friends who have worked here in the past and they said management is terrible and they were treated horribly.

Pulled up to the store at 10:30 p.m. the open sign is lit up, sign on the door says open until 11:00 p.m.. Yet the doors are locked and the employees arr standing in the back looking at us. After the awful experience I had with my food quality and accuracy and how long it took to make…I will not be returning to this location.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!…I placed an order online for 3 customized footling subs and not one of the three subs were correct!!!…all 3 were supposed to be toasted,not one of them was!!!!…reading simple instructions must be a harder than thought task!!!….not one correct sub!!!….that’s a crying shame!! ….
