Many times we have ordered from this location. And Everytime is a different disappointment. Either the special being run doesn’t total.out what is advertised or the order is never really that good. The service is fast and right on the way home. There is always a new person in the window or working the oven. Im sure that has to do with the quality of food .I won’t say that this dominoes is a horrible place to order pizza,but we are leaving more towards other pizza places in the future. Extra charges for bacon , chicken, garlic sauce .. .when the advertisement says large 3 topping pizza for 9.99. Ended up being 16.99. for what. They said read the fine print ..some items are extra charge .. there was no fine.print…..false advertising .. and really it wasn’t worth the fight . I’m sure we will be back but only with hopes of the next time our order will ring up with the right coupon and discount . The manager on duty ( server 4899) was pleasant and nice and she did. Try to help with the situation .

This place used to be good i would order once or twice a week here always happy with food. Last 6 months or more its been horrible staff is rude quality gets worse everytime. I complained to dominions they never reached back out. The other day I thought to give it another try when I went to pick up my food the older guy was in back office watching video on his phone and eating. I honked my horn and he still wouldnt come to greet me, I waited 15 minutes before he came to window saying he didnt hear the bell or the horn. This place needs an good health inpection floors looks fility from the drive trough windows the racks that pizzas are cooked were stacked on floor and I saw a guy once placing new pizza orders on the same cooking racks to place in the oven thats just flity. Probably explains why they tinted the windows so dark recently so people cant see inside. Look at the pictures each pizza was a different order at differnt times.

I order from here quite frequently and they have gone down hill fast. We ordered the Chicken Alfredo and when I got there to pick it up I noticed there was no sauce just melted cheese so I asked for some sauce and the rude manager with the short hair and nose ring told be that they can’t give me any more sauce because there’s no button to charge me. Absolutely, ridiculous y’all wanna sell some dried up crunchy pasta and refuse to fix it.

First time getting pizza from this Dominos. I decided to go there because I was test driving a car my husband just repaired. We haven’t ate all day because we were both busy working. So I drove us to get Pizza. Thanks Wayne, for being so welcoming. We will be back next time I am too tired to cook .

Worst Dominos in the history of the franchise. I placed a phone order for some cheesy bread and cinamon bites. I paid extra mone for dipping sauces. When my husband brought the order home there was no dipping sauce and the cinnamon bites were swimming in grease. When I called the store to address the issue the man on the phone said what do you want me to do mam? I said bring me my darn sauces, ya’ll deliver right? He refused and then said he would give me a credit for the sauces. Now why would anyone want naked sauces later? Are you kidding me? Bad business and beyond poor customer service!!!

John, the man, the myth, the legend. He is your guy at dominos. Im only leaving this review as 5 stars because his customer service is assistant Manager material. He was generous and genuine in his apology of so called “ZERO STORE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ONLINE ORDERS” QUOTED 2 ME by the current assistant manager.
Wayne you sour attitude assistant Manager was completely rude on the phone, even hung up on me when my family and I were loud because we were watching basketball , no one was yelling at her. Judith was her name. Never should an angry human like her work with the public. Data entry is her destiny.
John should be in charge. He even looks like a pizza guy. Judith sounds like a pizza guy on the phone but in reality, you meet an angry little woman that only thinks she’s right.

Ordered a salad with my pizza. Salad was disgusting. Lettuce was slimy, brown and rotten. Onions were slimy and rotten. Tried to call store to get refund and they never answered.

I decided to give these guys another chance. Well, pizza, although burned was at least ready when I picked it up, but I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering a Philly “steak” and cheese. The sandwich was at least 80% BREAD, less than 1 Oz. of actual “meat” and hardly any peppers or onions. I shouldn’t have been surprised. TOTAL LET DOWN!! These franchise owners should be absolutely embarrassed to sell such garbage.
2 strikes you are OUT Domino’s of Byron, Georgia!!
They cheat on the 2 minutes or free promise. They stopped the clock eventhough. I waited an additional 10 minutes…NO ONE ever came to my car. I had to go in after another 10 minutes to get it myself and waited another 5 minutes to be rudly talked to by the Manager who treated me like a nuisance instead of a paying customer. I get home and they forgot the mushrooms!! Very dissatisfied.

Ordered many pizzas for the staff. Pizzas were hard and burnt and was not prepared for a decent lunch but only a sale Many complaints from staff. For them being hot I give it a 3 out of 10 but don’t recommend this place. It was also not inviting nor was I greeted properly upon entrance.
