Some great tasting food. With attention to detail we ordered a dish that had shrimp and the owner overheard me asking the waitress not to add the shrimp to the order and explained that the mix is already made in advance and wouldn’t recommend for someone who is allergic to shellfish! To eat that they can make a similar dish with chicken and we did and it was delicious! That’s what stands out from the rest! We got a bunch of dishes sorry didn’t take pictures of them all! Definitely will next time! Pupusas were really good! Definitely would recommend!

My family and I had a nice time at Rosita’s. It’s our first time trying something aside from the pupusas and we were glad we did. The food tasted fresh and the service was friendly. Not many people there but that was good for us. The location was clean.

Rosita’s in Flemington catered our rehearsal dinner, and everything was absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly accommodating from start to finish, and the food was delicious — everyone loved it. The atmosphere was so welcoming and family-friendly, making it the perfect choice for our celebration. Highly recommended!

My husband and I tried it for the first time. The waiter was very helpful and kept us supplied with cold drinks. The food was superb. We will be making this a staple for dates. Loved everything we tried.
