Their ramen broth is probably the best I’ve had in Memphis. They are also super accommodating to protein substitutions, where my friend was able to swap out the chicken chashu for karaage in her ramen. My go-to is the spicy shrimp ramen, and it never disappoints! Their spicy garlic edamame is also delicious!

Great Ramen and options to be had here. I had the cilantro slurp while my daughter had the vegan harvest bowl. My Ramen was quite tasty and easily filling. The broth was incredible and not too salty.
It is a very low light restaurant which I found to be quite peaceful.

Went here right before seeing the Barbie movie. Service was efficient and courteous. Food was hot, delicious, and made just the way we requested. The Kami Chicken was perfect and my daughter loved the kid’s Chicken Ramen with broccoli instead of corn. The cream cheese wonton were a good appetizer, but I should have gotten the soft shell crab like usual. It’s perfection!

Wonderful ramen bar situated in two different greater Memphis area locations -one in East Memphis and one in Collierville.
On this particular visit, we ordered the Vegan Don and a cilantro-infused chicken dish. Both were absolutely delicious, featuring massive portion sizes and a bevy of vegetables! Seasoned and spiced very well, this restaurant should be a regular staple in your rounds if you’re a fan of any kind of Asian cuisine.

Service was great! food was large portions. The bowls of ramen soup were huge. The garlic fried chicken app. was large enough 2 kids could have shared as a meal of chicken nuggets and the flavor was excellent I liked it w the sweet chili sauce which they brought. The sticky buns were good w the spicy beef and crunchy. I had spicy mayo on them instead of just mayo. Will be back to try the calamari. the rice was also a good size but flavor was off . Not sure what; it wasnt bad or spoiled.. good food wasnt busy when we went. I heard it can be at certain times.

LOTS OF FOOD ! great value …. Ramen noodles experts . I really enjoyed my visit here , if you like spicy , then I recommend spicy Shrimp Ramen , it was delicious! Don’t forget to order veggie rolls , the sauce was great. The restaurant was busy for dinner, servers did a great job attending to all customers. I will be back ! Thanks

Absolutely amazing food! Vegan Ramen bowl was flavorful and my child loved the pork gyoza. No pics of the softshell Kami bun that was perfect and not greasy, because I ate it . We haven’t found a ramen bar this great in the Memphis area. Definitely will return!

I live in DC where we have Chinatown and authentic Asian restaurants; and this is one of the best ramens I’ve ever had. Season to perfection. Just enough spices. And enough meat and portions for a perfect balance.
The service was also excellence.
I might go a second time before I leave. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Memphis from food to service.

This is the place if you are looking for good ramen. The miso tonkotsu is wonderful and full of flavor. My only complaint is that the servings are huge. Great relaxing atmosphere to add.
