I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but the inconsistent service and food held me back. We went three times because my husband likes Lau Lau, and it was within walking distance from our condo. The lady who works the morning shift is wonderful. The younger servers they had for the evening shift need more training. We enjoyed the food two out of the three visits.

Got a poke bowl with was more like a huge amount of poke plate, very generous portion! And friends got laulau plate, was pork cooked in banana leaf, was also very tasty! Not in the main drag so it was an easier option with parking and felt a bit more local.

Best poke on the island! The kamikaze is incredibly priced with 3 scoops of poke, enough for 2 people to share. Everything on their menu sounds amazing. Hidden local gem in Kapa’a!

Best poke I’ve had to date, so delicious and fresh. Spicy ahi was perfect! Excellent value for the quality and quantity. Quick and friendly service also. They have a parking lot to the left of the building with some tables as well!

This place is incredible. My wife got the pork lau lau plate with grandma’s poke and I got the beef stew daily with salmon lomi lomi and both were AMAZING!
We also got a sushi roll with spicy poke and a sushi donut to split and those were both fresh and full of flavor too. God, this place is so worth checking out.

Got a poke bowl to go from here, ahi seemed to be good quality and well kept. Other poke bowls sometimes seemed a bit mushy, but Leong’s Ahi was delicious and was more like quality sashimi.
The cilantro and sauces were a good addition, also got a spam musubi to go and it was great.

Got the combo plate. The pork wrapped in leaves was so delicious and maybe the best thing I’ve had in Hawaii so far. Poke and everything else was delicious and fresh as well. Very quick too.
