My wife and I recently discovered Jersey Mike’s. We love the subs! We ordered sandwich #13, the original Italian, Mike’s Way. Delicious sub with freshly sliced meat. We got the giant sub and shared it, more than enough.
The food is great
The service could improve, not bad, but every time I come the workers work a little slow, can definitely get faster with more work experience.
Atmosphere is clean, bright, and welcoming.

This place has been my go-to spot for a sub for a couple years now. The quality of the food has never been a problem. What is becoming an issue has been staff preparedness and inconsistency. Two Sundays in a row now I’ve ordered from the website only to arrive at the provided time and then had to wait almost a half hour for my food. Three people were working both times. Both times they were swamped. Prioritizing seemed an issue. I saw part of my sandwich sit there for 10-15 minutes while walk-ins were handled first. The employee working the online orders looked particularly lost. Also, I regularly pay for extra meat and cheese for my subs and the results are not consistent. Sometimes I get a LOT which is of course great, but then other times it’s very much less than that.

After hearing so much about Jersey Mike’s, my wife and I decided to stop here for lunch from our drive through Rochester. They did not disappoint, it was on the pricier side for subs but our subs were full and tasted great. We got the super sub and the Italian, I had mine Mike’s way which were the regular fixings (onions, lettuce, tomatoes and there signature sauce “the juices”) and my wife had the same with added mayo and pickles. Both subs were good but the added mayo and pickle added to the flavours and was probably my preferred way of the subs. The staff was also friendly and was quick to get our orders in and out. Definitely a great experience here.

The staff members were awesome… I ordered a Giant steak… $17.95. While the food tasted awesome was not worth the money spent. I could have saved my money and gone to Subway and got more meat the what I got from this place. We only went here after seeing the commercial and the subs looked HUGE… but not what I got See pictures

I like Jersey Mike’s Subs in both locations: Whole Foods Plaza on Monroe Ave. & the newest on S. Clinton Ave. across from Tops Brighton Plaza. The meats are cut fresh with the freshest veggies and the tuna & chicken salad are the very best! Try Jersey Mike’s soon!

Been a customer for along time, just had the worst steak sandwich, meat over cooked and dry, asked for half the amount of cheese got next to nothing, asked for it at 6PM arrived at 5:52 it was done and ended up being cold. You are losing control and shortly customers. $28 for garbage.
Feb.12,2026 I am done, will no longer be a customer, worst subs I have EVER had, very little meat, lots of lettuce, bad tomatoes, MOST WENT IN THE GARBAGE!! Waste of $29.

Waited forever for a sub just to get back to work and find out they didn’t even give me the right one. I couldn’t even eat because it had toppings on it I’m allergic to. Customer service is abysmal and there’s zero attention to detail at this location, would suggest going elsewhere.

Usually it’s a great experience there, today was way off everybody was moving really slow. Also cutting subs and wrapping them next to the cash register at a cash counter was not suitable so we walked out … It’s actually very sad when you guys first open it was excellent.
