Delicious and fresh! This little place was recommended by our hotel as a place where locals like to stop by for a lobster roll, so we figured that would be the best place to go, and The Travelin’ Lobster did not disappoint! The chips paired perfectly with the lobster roll, which had a large amount of fresh lobster meat. We tried the mac too, which was also delicious! This place is a small little hole in the wall, walk up and order style place, so there is no seating. BUT they do have lobster-red fleece blankets available for free use, so you can comfortably eat your lobster rolls in the park across the street, picnic style with a beautiful view of the coast!

3 options for lobster rolls which is kinda nice. Of course you have to get the large, and it does have an impressive amount of lobster. Hot is the way to go, traditional just has some iceberg lettuce (not bad, but not better than hot).
It’s pricey, but it’s impressive. Grab a plate and sit in the park nearby and watch the ships go by.

Stop scrolling and go! Your belly will be happy. Saw folks look at the prices and walk past in search of something a few dollars cheaper, don’t make that mistake. Was not very crowded when we walked up. Maybe 3 others in front of us. Ordered and had our food within 10 minutes. Ask for extra napkins. The large hot roll is HUGE and could easily feed 2 folks. I am a big guy that loves food and struggled to finish it. Mine had 3-4 claws on it. The lobster was excellent. The bun was toasted and buttery. Clam chowder was solid. We took our lunch across the street to Agamont Park, threw down a beach towel, and had a picnic while watching the waterfront. Perfection!

This was the best lobster role I had while I was in Maine! I got the classic hot role and it had lots of fresh lobster and warm butter. They even have blankets for you to take over to the beautiful park across the street for a picnic.

Very good lobster. No place inside to sit, but they provide blankets to sit in the park across the street. A nice shaded spot and a lobster roll is well worth your time!

My husband got a small lobster roll and loved it, he wanted a large but it was pricey. I had the Mac and cheese and it was delicious
