Evan, who works there, is absolutely awesome. Jimmy John’s has great employees, and they have a great leader among them! It’s probably the cleanest fast-food restaurant in town. I love that they consistently follow food safety practices and take my allergy seriously. I know it’s never 100%, but they really do make sure to follow safety protocols.

Just went to JJ’s in Carroll to get a quick sandwich before my hair appointment. I sat at the drive through order area for about 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I asked for a #3 Little John and this is what I got… about two little spoonfuls of tuna salad on my sandwich. I didn’t have time to go back and ask for more, but it’s a little disappointing to spend almost $6 on a sandwich that’s basically bread and lettuce.

When they take your order and then they can’t even make the sandwich correct maybe they should get a different job. I was thinking about a sandwich for dinner so I stopped in and ordered a sandwich chips and a drink. The younger girl who took my order was more interested in playing games with her coworkers than making my sandwich. I will never be back. So when I pointed out that the sandwich wasn’t correct she looked at me like I was being rude? Then it took the woman who was on her break and eating nachos to see that I was disappointed with my sandwich and she then offered to make it again. Then I watched as it wasn’t her and it was the younger woman who made the mistake the first time and I said I didn’t want it because I thought she would mess with my sandwich because I complained. If the younger generation can’t even follow directions to make a sandwich correctly then our society is in major trouble.

I order sometimes twice a week same order every time. But the consistency and quality slowly but surely declines every time. This time the bread wasn’t even cooked all the way…just a chewy mess everything thing sliding off. And don’t ask me If I want it cut in half 50/50 chance you’ll get it that way. This will more than likely won’t be ordering from here again.

They should know this review is coming, first of all there is a lack of customer service at this establishment. I order a sandwich, chips and a cookie all through the app, my order was submitted at 11:23 am (me thinking I will beat the rush lunch hour and it should be here by my lunch time which it starts at noon.) I got a text saying that it was out for delivery at around 11:45 or so; so I waited for it to get here but by noon no one had showed up. I called the store, this lady answered and I told her why I was calling she said it was out for delivery and that I should wait, so I waited more. At 12:20 pm (1 hour after I placed my order) nothing was delivered yet, so I called the store again, I tell her who I am and this time she tells me that my food was delivered to the wrong address and that the driver is on his way back to the wrong address so he can pick up the food again and he can deliver it to me??????? I tell her what happens if they already opened it and she says “oh no they didn’t”. That is crazy! I’ve never heard of something like this, she gets mad at me and basically says “oh I’m sorry we’re humans we make mistakes too”, yes we’re all humans but for my order to take 1 hour to be deliver and on top of that to be delivered to the wrong address. The “we’re humans too” speech does not apply. Yes I did hang up on her and I told her I could see now that they cannot do anything right. Now, I was not going to be taking that food not knowing where it has been for the past hour, so when the driver came to my work to try to deliver it, I told him to just take it with him or to put it on the garbage because I was not taking that food. He proceeded to leave it the outside the door on the floor and left. I’ve order from them multiple times and this is by far the worst restaurant experience ever.
