This Location on 77 Sunshine Strip needs a lot of improvement and training every time I go the burgers are always cold this is not the way DQ is ran ! I have to go to the location on the Loop here in Harlingen at least their they hold there restaurant in excellence… DQ if you’re paying attention straighten up the restraint on 77 the only that should cold are the drinks and ice cream !

My daughter (12 years old) was yelled at by a female manger with attitude in front of other customers for pouring a ounce of coke in my husbands cup after being thirsty from eating ice cream and demanded to get water or throw cup away after knowing the water is contaminated in Harlingen. It could have been handle in a more respectful way, unbelievable how Dairy Queen can hire rude people. Never going back again you guys lost a customer for life. # Sonic better

Place is cold after 7 mins my food was cold and manager offered to heat it up in microwave, I don’t think this is clean nor the health department would approve. She stated they do this all the time cause they can’t move the thermostat so they reheat for customers in microwave. Her name was Delicia

My kids love their ice cream cones, so they always get ice cream cones and I do get the cluster pecan. We are never in harlingen but we had an errand to to harlingen. Staff had a kinda of attitude.

The DQ here is Very nice clean and sanitary up to date with the state code and always following there protocols when handling food or cash be but you have to get there early some time because they will be packed because of how good and successful the business is doing with the customers lastly don’t forget to try the buffalo stripes if your up for the heat that it has up for the challenge.
