Here’s what you need to know: Pi day dinner pickup order. food was made absolutely perfectly. The right amount of cheese, sauce, toppings. Freshness was exceptional – hot from the oven. Picked up the phone when I called. Order was taken courteously. No complaints. Exceeded expectations for a national chain restaurant franchise. Ambiance is nothing of note. Carry out pizza store.

Avoid this place, terrible service, arrogant employee. Rude responses. Zero customer service. No one bothers to pick up phone. Check your order before you leave from the store. Otherwise they will say when it leaves you need to check before serving. They don’t check the diet resteictions and won’t expect a responsible answer even if your kid suffers from allergy after having the pizza. They always in ear phones talking to someone with out any attention to prep and packing. I am not even sure whether the owner cares about his franchise by keeping irresponsible, rude and incompetent staff.

Ordered one 14 inch stuffed crust pizza and a cherry pepsi. Got the wrong pizza (a thin crust one) and a regular Pepsi instead of a cherry. Still got charged for the intended order though. Worst of all, two calls to the location and no one picked up. Do not buy from here unless you want to get scammed.

Worst experience from Papa Johns Buffalo Grove. Had bad experience for the first time and I tried again from same store to give it a chance and it was more worse than before. Not sure if I’m unlucky or this store is not right. Never had such experience before from any other Papa Johns store. Pizza was all burnt and we had to throw it away. I’m approx 11 mile away from the store else I would have threw it in store.

this is the most disgusting place!!! the staff is terribly incompetent! rude! if you order pizza here in the evening, you will receive it in the morning for breakfast!!! I don’t use delivery, I order online and pick up the pizza myself.
My choice is Epic Stuffer Crust, Alfredo Sauce + toppings as desired. It’s hot, delicious every time. Not once have there been any delays. Maybe 5-10 minutes tops, but there are people working in the kitchen, not machines, it’s hard for them to give everything out on time with a high workload. Please be patient and understanding

I regret to say that our recent experience ordering pizza through the app was extremely disappointing. Despite placing the order at 4:30 pm and receiving a notification at 5:30 pm that it was ready for pickup, we encountered numerous delays upon arrival. Initially informed of a technical issue with the app, we were assured the pizza would be prepared shortly. However, after multiple inquiries and reassurances of imminent readiness, the pizza did not materialize until 6:35 pm, a two hour and five minutes later than expected. Upon receipt, we found the pizza and wings to be disappointingly cold, indicating they had likely been left sitting out for an extended period. This prolonged wait and subpar quality significantly inconvenienced us, as we had guests waiting at home for over two hours. Additionally, the lack of accountability and dismissive response from the staff further compounded our dissatisfaction. Regrettably, based on this experience, we cannot recommend ordering from this establishment.
