Wouldn’t recommend ordering online, the guy who has no hair doesn’t know what he is doing. He just read instructions properly. If it says more he’s not gonna give more. Definitely not a sandwhich artist

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MOLDY FOOD!
I went into this location on Wednesday 04/30/25 and purchased a foot-long sandwich only to realize that the bottom of my bun had a big spot of green mold. I realized the mold once I was on my second half of the sandwich and probably had already eaten mold by that time. I went back to this location to complain and show them the MOLD, however the employee who was on duty did not take it serious and with a SMILE on her face tried to ignore it by saying that it was probably the spinach on the sandwich that made the bun turn green. She declined a refund, I was not happy so she contacted the manager and he also declined a refund because I had already eaten half of the sandwich, terrible customer service. I left very upset to the fact that they didn’t offer me a sincere apology or a refund. Later that night, I started experiencing a really bad stomach ache, chills and nausea. I called the store the following day to explain the situation and the symptoms I was experiencing, I was promised a phone call from the manager within 10 to 20 minutes and I’m still yet waiting to receive that call (the manager did not followed up). DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SUBWAY!!! There’s other restaurants around who have way better service and way better food quality than this one! This place deserves 0 STARS!!!

Twice now I’ve ordered online from this location and they have messed up our order. Upon calling them they ask you to return so they can fix it. First time they fixed the sub they already made instead of making a new one and second time they made a whole new sub.
Previous to these two time I used to go here often and they were great. I’m not sure if it is change in management or employees but the quality is lacking. They hardly fill the subs with ingredients and they often have ingredients out of stock. For example, I once ordered spinach and they said they were out of it, however I saw the spinach still sitting out. I asked the employee about it and he said it was going bad. So why was it left out then with all the other veggies? He said they would remove it and moved on.
Overall it used to be a nice family owned shop and now I seem to have problems every time I go there so I’ve switched locations.
Only two stars because I’ve had a good experience in the past here but can no longer recommend this location to others.

The worst subway experience. Asked for a cheese roll and they handed me cold pita with a few slices of cheese in it without even putting it in the oven. Went back inside and told the person that its cold , she then puts it in the microwave and hands it back to me. Just awful.

Saying Hello’s isn’t customer service, its common sense. They just don’t care what the customer wants.1/10 customer service
Doesn’t accept coupons, asks to pay full, if not paid full, he just simply throws away food otherside infront of you.
I’m surprised no one sued this store before for their customer service.

Good ambience. I Like their customer service. The place is also neat and tidy. We usually order chicken teriyaki and veggie patty. They make good sub.

I live about a mile away from this subway. They started to refuse coupons at this location around March or April. prior to that they had issues with customers bringing in expired coupons and you had to tell them about your coupon before they would make the sub. I’m positive it’s just a way for them to exploit your wallet.
The Hanover Park Subway gives less topping on the subs then the Bartlett location and service is kinda crap if you don’t get one of the girls on shift. Don’t come here if you get your monthly coupons in the mail go to the Bartlett location instead they still accept coupons. I’m unsure if the subway in streamwood is owned by the same owner so please let me know if they accept coupons for anyone who is reading this.
There’s a chipotle opening next store to this subway so I’m hoping that’ll put up competition and maybe allow them to accept coupons in the future due to less business.
