Two out of three subs were made incorrectly. One sub had way too much mustard, no mayo when it was supposed to be both condiments. The wrong bread was also given. On the other sub there was barely any meat and a lot of other toppings. The girl working was extremely nice though.

I asked for a vegetarian. I get a roll with nothing but a couple of pieces of spinach leaves a few black olives and they charged me almost $10 for that when I got home I was devastated. I’ve been trying to call these people back since I got my sandwich three days ago because I’d like to tell somebody what I think of them and how that ended up being like that, the girl did not give two squats. Out of the many subways I’ve gone to, this one in particular is the best. It’s always clean and tidy. The employees have been friendly, accommodating and concise – which is a refreshing change of pace. The manager is about the same, very friendly and efficient. It often gets busy here due to the above reasons and the staff works as a team and the wait is never a problem.

Brendan makes my sandwich just about every time I come into this subway. There is usually a multiple customers at a time when he is the only one in the front, he handles the pressure professionally and his customer service is always on point! Very nice young man, you guys should be proud to have him as one of your employees!

On my way back from Montreal I took a lunch break at this Subway. My first impression of this subway was clean and well organized.
Staff was very helpful and kind in nature. They made perfect sandwich the way I wanted and we loved it.

Staff was very rude and rang in my order wrong and charged me more than what it normally cost. (I get the same thing every time I go to any subway.) They were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful when I mentioned it to them. They were laughing at me when I walked out after paying. So disappointed.

I ordered and paid online and when I went to pickup order was told their internet was down. They could not fill the original order or credit the online purchase. And they charged me for the in store purchase, telling me I had to go online to have the online charge credited. I tried contacting by email (the only way I could find to contact them) and got an automated response but no feedback from customer service. The food was good. Online service is for the birds.
