The food was pretty good! Atmosphere seemed like it was modern and relevant. It’s the service here everything takes a nose dive… I was served my a male who couldn’t care less. Was unable to answer simple questions about the menu AND went ahead and added a tip himself before having the customers fill that out. This was and will always be the worst thing. I will not be coming back. Sad because I would’ve come back to try more food. But I will never be okay with any location that adds a tip themselves. No communication, didn’t ask about it, just added himself a tip..BAM, lost a customer for a couple bucks..
I went with one friend and we paid separately (so there is no gatuity added by default clause that made him do it)

5 stars across the board. This was our first experience with Venezuelan food and it did not disappoint! The service was beyond exceptional. The cashier offered helpful suggestions & also gifted us a free appetizer & a new (to us) soda to try. The food was divine, colorful & packed full of flavor! And the atmosphere was laid back and low-key with a touch of nostalgia.

We see their sign everytime we pass by. So, we decided to give it a try. We walked in and every worker was looking down at their phone. Not one employee greeted us. We looked over the menu. We took a few minutes choosing what to order. We were never acknowledged. So, we chose to just leave. As we were walking out we notice someone changing there baby on a nearby couch. So, our experience with this restaurant was absolutely horrible. We will NEVER return.

We saw their little blowup advertisement mascot thing on the street and decided on a whim to come in.
Never heard of the place or anything. Wasn’t expecting much, but it turned out to be REALLY good!
There is a bit of a language barrier if you don’t speak Spanish, but we figured it out ☺️

Drove here cause it seem like it would be good when I seen the prices of food I did a back flip than on top of that the lady over charge my food and forgot our to go order so had to do the fifteen min drive back and than she tells me she was out of the food that I order so than why did you charge me in the first place never again will I support this place
