It’s like she never have a solution for a problem and make you feel like you are bothering and interrupting a break cause she never seems to be doing nothing but have an attitude and ruin your appetite. I got a pizza where I put veggies and always get cucumbers on my pizza and I know you cant put in the oven so she never mentioned to put it afterwards? Just to get her way not just with me but with other customers too.

Worst Subway I have ever been too. I ordered my sandwich through the app and got the all pro sweet chicken teriyaki. I was at the subway already and placed the order online. The sandwich is supposed to come with 2x cheese on it and l saw that she only put 1x cheese on the sandwich. I told her why you only put one layer off cheese on it and the lady was like you want extra cheese you need to pay more money. The sandwich is the All-Pro Sweet chicken Teriyaki it’s supposed to come with double cheese. She didn’t want to do it, looking like she didn’t understand. That whole time she had an attitude. When you place an order here don’t expect it to come with everything you put on the sandwich. Because if you’re not here to watch them make the sandwich they will had the amount of portion they want and how much you put in your order. Worst subway I have ever been too

I saw the sign “subway” & my stomach started ️ talking & I smiled . I know what that means, it’s subway time! So I didn’t want to waste a lot of $$ money & got a little bit of everything (6″ sub + one + cup of soup, a little less than $10 it was).

They don’t have enough hygiene. They tried to reuse the paper they use to avoid putting the food directly on the counter. One employee used the paper for my pizza and the other one tried to reuse it for next customer. I asked her not to do that and she started arguing saying the paper was clean. If that’s what they do in front of customers I can’t imagine what they do in the back. Never will eat here again.

I spent $14 on a sandwhich JUST THE SANDWHICH and when i get home to eat it a couple of hours later im throwing up badly. I have been frustrated all morning and Tried talking to an employee today and refused to give me a refund. Would like to get in contact with a manager. Not at all happy, also said “ we dont feel the need to give you a refund” ummm helloo??? its my hard earned money and you guys are out here scamming people

I have very good experience with this location. Very good customer service! I really love to go here. Unfortunately, I still have VERY bad experience with another location in Schaumburg. I really wish to Subway to have a representative level globally! If there is and an issue, management has to act, otherwise customers have plenty another choices with delicious sendwich!!!

The food was just like any other subway but the service was close to terrible because I asked for steak on my sandwich but instead got chicken. I also asked for cucumbers on my sandwich and got pickles. The service could have been better overall.

I had to keep asking guy to add a little more extra veggies…when he turned around to toast my sandwich he coughs all over when I’m paying my sandwich he is still coughing all over ugh very gross so unhygienic of this person by the way he works in the morning that is when I went to get my sandwich.

This is an average Subway store to get sandwiches and other items. I’ve had no issues with the food or staff. The store is at the end of a somewhat empty strip mall near Walmart. It can been seen from Dundee road but not from the main parking lot. The easiest way to enter is from Dundee road.
