I asked for a no bun on my burger. Fully dressed. The burger was missing onion and picked. I nicely asked for the onion and pickles. The worker asked if it didn’t have that on there and i said no. The cook said where I could hear her. She’s a damn lie. Won’t be back. The proceeded to loudly talk about us while we ate.

Ran in Hardee’s for a quick late lunch. We were the ONLY customers in the restaurant EXCEPT for a shady looking individual!!! My husband had the Hot Ham & Cheese. All the LIQUID cheese ran out of sandwich on wrapper. Fries were excellant …hot and fresh!! I had the bacon Cheeseburger. It was your average cheeseburger. “Shady” man caused a scene the entire time we were in the restaurant. He repeatedly asked for Manager and to call HPD. After asking us for our phone to call HPD several times..my husband told him to leave us alone!!! We ate our lunch and quickly got out of there.

Yesterday, the management of our local Hardee’s restaurants, run by C&C foods in Waynesboro, MS, decided to go to Olive Garden here in Hattiesburg to have their Christmas lunch party. Two wonderful young ladies served this group of 21 professionals in the food service industry. They served them for hours, and did a great job taking care of their needs. It’s not an easy job, being in food service. And these two servers know that all too well. So, they worked hard to give these special customers the best possible service. Their ticket was in the range of $800, so the tip would certainly help both young women make their Christmases bright. Olive Garden does not impose automatic gratuity to large parties, which most people appreciate and tip accordingly.
Imagine my shock when I learned that these @Hardee’s managers and franchisees stiffed both servers. Not a penny for their tip. The girls were so upset, they cried.
I firmly believe that working in food services should be required for most people. There’s a sacred empathy that comes from feeding all sorts of people. If you have a guest and they tell you they used to be a server, you can know with almost certainty that you will receive a fair tip. They know what it’s like to be in the trenches. Especially during the high stress holiday season.
For these Hardee’s managers and franchisees to not tip those servers was not just rude and classless, it speaks to their values and how they view the importance of their frontline workers as well.
One of those servers was my 20 year old daughter. She works hard. She has two jobs, is a gifted artist, and loves to bring joy into the world by how she treats people and animals. Yesterday broke her spirit a bit and showed her how ugly some people and companies can be.
The truth is, knowing her sense of kindness and feral empathy, if she had known these food services “professionals” would walk away without tipping either girl, she would’ve still made sure they had a great celebration lunch. That’s just the kind of person she is.
So, if you’ve read this far, thank you! Thanks for hearing this angry mama who will never eat at a Hardee’s again.

To be honest the employees were extra rude :/ they just talk to you like theyre annoyed that youre ordering food like an “uhg why are you here” type of energy. Food was fresh tho

Only com0paint I have is that I was overcharged. There was a sign on the front of the building advertising 5 chicken strips, Cole slaw, fries & Texas toast for $5.99. I ordered 2 orders which should have been around $14 with tax. I wasn’t paying attention when I gave the cashier my debit card but when I got home I looked at my receipt and it was $23 + some change.

The food was subpar. The hamburgers did not have flavor but the curly fries were good. The hot ham and cheese was ok, just a lot of bread and not a lot of meat or cheese.

Since when did Hardees start charging a roundup fee? I was told it was for using the card. I used cash. Never have charged a “roundup “ fee when I did use the card!!
