Is there anything below one star? My unit is located nearby, at Camp Edwards and I am (was) this store costumer.
I went there today, Saturday, February 1st 2020, around 5:15 pm to grab a sub for dinner, and waited patiently on line until the person who was in front get his order done.
When it came my time, I asked for the type of bread and cheese I wanted. The lady who was behind the counter (apparently she was the only one on the shift) asked me what kind of sub I wanted. I replied I was going to build my sub. She in a very rude manner raising her voice at me for no reason and not letting me finish to place my order said:” I know you’ll built your sub, I want to know what meat you want!”. I was stunned for a second or two and replied:” You know what Ma’am? You don’t need to raise your voice with me…I am good, Thank you so much!!”…and walked away.
I am pretty sure this lady was not being forced to work at this Subway, so if is not happy working there, just quit and go home. There is no need to mistreat costumers. Period!
I keep being a Subway costumer, but will not go back to this location ever again. The franchisee should retrain his employees in costumer service.

The service was very good from the subway employee but had to wait 25 minutes wait to get a sub. Only 8 people in front of me but the worker was alone so he was running out of stuff and burnt out. People came in and walked out since they saw he was slammed. Still had a positive attitude but shame on the management for letting him work alone!

Hubby and I decided to drive to Cape Cod, as we had never been there. We got as far as this quaint Subway restaurant. We didn’t get the employees’ names, but they were great. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves, no one was there. We thought maybe they were closed at first. Since I had to use the restroom, I noticed it was very clean. The food was great, just a little too hot. If we ever go back, we’ll stop in again.

I love subway, but this is by far the worst one i’ve been to. The employees are very unpleasant and the short blonde girl butchered me and my girlfriends sandwiches. She couldn’t close them properly, put the right amount or the correct ingredients on. Aviod this subway if possible. The night shift is better than day shift I must say though.

Verified – doesn’t actually stay open until posted hours. If you went to close at 9:30, post that you close at 9:30. I don’t care how late your employees are scheduled; I care how late your door is open and you are serving customers. The man inside was kind enough to let us in to use the restroom, so props to him for being nice. I could have used some food though, even just a bag of chips.

I knew going to any subway in general is a mistake, however I’m diabetic and I needed to eat. I already know that the chicken they use is barley suitable for dog food however that was my choice. What really is a slap in the face is when I bite into my chicken bacon ranch with extra helping of processed meat that there are giant peices of fake chicken that’s all rubbery because its clearly severely undercooked. The subway corporation should be ashamed of themselves. Quality has gone way down. People need to wake up and stop eating this carcinogenic dogfood.

Slammed for lunch and they’re not in any kind of hurry to serve everybody. Only one guy making sandwiches and there’s an employee in the back just standing there staring at customers. Also a concerning amount of flies buzzing around. Won’t be returning

By far the worst subway I have ever been to. I ordered double meat and got half the meat of a regular sandwich. You would assume a sandwich shop would know how to make a sandwich properly.
