I do understand that customers are difficult to deal with. But man, the staff here was undeniably rude. I came into order and while ordering I asked if I could use the restroom and they just did not want to deal with opening the door to allow customers in.
The entire restaurant was empty.
When I came in, they really had the attitude of them wanted me out.

The food was basic. The bread was really stale.
Was trying to get a quick bite to eat, but I should’ve just gone to McDonald’s instead

During the day time it’s great, but at night time the staff gets mad if I put an order 50 minutes before closing. I went through their drive through twice at different times, and they told me to wait in their parking spots even though there was only one other car there. They then proceed to forget about me being there BOTH times and I had to go inside to remind them I had placed an order.

Lady taking my order had an attitude the whole time I asked her twice to give me a moment while the party I ordered for got their order together. I placed the order and asked for no ice in my drink when I ordered and when I got to the windows to pay and she was getting ready to pass the drinks and I saw mine had ice I politely reminded her I asked for no ice in the drink then her attitude got worse and she took the drink carrier back and when she ripped mine out she knocked the two other drinks down that were ordered. From there once she redid the drinks I had four different meals all of which got shoved into on bag my french toast stick got squished and one of the others was missing the honey butter on the honey buddy chicken biscuit. If I could have rated this lower I would have.

Rudest drive thru on the planet. I highly advise avoiding this place. I tried to ask a question about the menu and was not given an answer. Instead just kept repeating, “order when your ready” when I got to the window, the woman still refused to answer my question. Canceled my order and left. This place is toxic.

No one in drive through but sent to go park around the building. “Our store is in a competition for lower drive through times”. Doesn’t making someone park around the building defeat the point of a competition. Maybe focus on service and hospitality and less on scamming an internal reward.

Ordered through the app! Got all my food but only received 1 drink. Went into store to show receipt. I eventually received my 2 second drink. Got home and both the 2 burgers i Ordered was actually made wrong. Ive never had that problem before so im kinda upset! Nobody is paying attention apparently.

This morning was absolutely avoidable if I’d remembered to grab oatmeal from home! The lady working the driver thru window had the audacity to tell me to shut up crazy lady and drive around again( in very broken English) after I attempted to order off the 2 for $3 breakfast menu which is still posted on the drive thru menu screen. So I drove back around because I know I’m not imagining what I saw. There it was unavailable written in black marker underneath the menu. As I drove back around prepared to apologize for not seeing the words written in black marker. The employee continued with the angry face disposition and frustrated attitude. Her attitude showed that she is seeing the same issue repeatedly. You do not have to worry about this customer coming thru ever again. You should speak with your owner about removing or covering the items on the menu that are not available.

I just to like these place it’s never busy they work very fast to get your order on time if you are on drive thru but one time I decided to go inside and it was a big mistake, the girl talking my order had her nails all dirty…. I don’t want to think about it anymore.

But Im kinda starting to get annoyed that now you have to pay for spicy sauces…. Que pedo Wendy’s why you even do that. Why you make a big deal?? Is not like it’s rare and expensive to make spicy sauces why you have to charge for them ?? ‍♂️ ‍♂️ That’s just ridiculous

Went to this Wendy’s for lunch the lady at the counter barely could speak enough English to get my order she got my order wrong so I decided just to eat what I got which is a bunch of bull if you have employees taking orders they should be able to speak enough English to understand but never be returning to this Wendy’s again and if I could give a zero Stars it would get zero Stars this Wendy’s is a problem in the neighborhood
