I was SO exhausted after an intensely impactful work day and decided to come to Tuscan Bistro for dinner. The homestyle lasagna was delicious !! so much so that I ordered another to go. And Keval was so accommodating and welcoming! I think I may have found someplace to dine and unwind when I’m here on future work trips. Service at it’s absolute best. Thank you ❤️

The experience at Tucson Bistro was incredible, thanks to Mr. Keval! They are an amazing mixologist who created the best drinks anyone has ever had. Probably the worst meal I’ve had in many years. I ordered the chicken pot pie. Basically, the pie filling was put in the bottom of the to-go container and a fried tortilla laid over the top of it. Not even close to a pot pie. We also ordered loaded French fries. You get more fries in a small McDonald’s fry than were given to us, and this was a “Full” order not the “half” order. I will say the server was very friendly and the service was great, but they only get 1 star because great service doesn’t outweigh bad food! What upsets me is we decided since this restaurant provided room service we chose to stay in for dinner. Very disappointed!! Of course I ordered room service and prepaid the tip. This awful meal cost $48 bucks!! What a ripoff!! If you stay at the hotel where this restaurant is located, do yourself a favor and get dinner elsewhere.

I have no words to say right now. My boyfriend and I decided to have brunch before we have to check out. There was only 1 party eating and it would be more convenient for us since we have to check out by noon. Seated us pretty quickly (reckon there wasn’t anyone else). Now I wish I was looking at the reviews first before ordering the god damn pizza. I ordered the stuffed mushroom as an appetizer and the supreme pizza while my bf ordered a medium NY steak. He enjoyed his food but I only enjoyed the mushrooms. Once I got the pizza, I’m telling you, if you are lactose intolerant, I would recommend to stay away. I wish I could submit a video of how much cheese they put and they put it in the middle which made it very VERY soggy. As I was lifting the pizza, the pointy edge piece, all of it was flimsy and the entire toppings came off. I literally had to use my knife and fork to scoop the toppings back onto the pizza. I was very disappointment. Other than the pizza, the stuffed mushrooms was really good. As I enjoyed that more than the pizza honestly. The steak was actually really soft and I enjoyed that hella a lot more. The mashed potatoes was good, had little small chunks in there which I didn’t mind. This place was an okay place. I’m not sure if I would recommend honestly.

There really aren’t other food options in the area so if you’re at one of the hotels nearby & don’t have a car, this is the only choice other than the coffee shop down the street (it’s only open until 2 but I highly recommend that place–great food & drinks, & they donate all profits to helping end homelessness!!).
Don’t go here between ~1-4pm like we did because it’s closed. The food was ok but if there were other options, we wouldn’t have returned after our first visit. The soup we were told they’d have all week was out the following day so they substituted with another kind, & the bag of croutons was extremely rancid (it wasn’t expired so they might not have known but they didn’t apologize or offer compensate us for our soup even after notifying them). My friend said the bacon bleu burger tasted the best she’s ever had but the patty was overcooked & leathery. The fries were delicious but everything else was so so. After eating there twice, we decided to just eat early at the coffee shop or pay more for doordash instead of going again since we were there for a week.
