Ordered the big New Yorker with double pepperoni. It got here fast but this is what I got. Not cooked all the way. Every piece fell apart like soup. And where’s the pepperoni? 25 bucks for this. No wonder I don’t get Pizza Hut anymore

Why is it every time I come to pick up a pizza at this location half the employees are standing around talking and not willing to help with the counter. The manager is the worst about making people wait while she talks about nonsense to her employees. Go to the Lake St Louis location, they pay attention to their customers standing to be served.

They did not send part of my order and when I contacted them they did not want to send a replacement and the shift manager and the store manager, Katie, both hung up on me. I asked for the number for the district and regional manager number they both hung up on me.

7/29/2025 – It’s $2 personal pan Tuesday but manager Mark tried to act as if he needed some sort of “permission” to honor this special. It’s disheartening and disappointing that paying customers who look like me (Black) are discriminated against in any way shape or form. Hopefully corporate will issue his a blindfold so he’s capable of treating every customer equally.

They wouldn’t accept a coupon we got in the mail yesterday, that specifically lists this location on the ad. Our thin crust pizza was fine, but the hand tossed was overcooked and hard, and thinner than the thin crust!

Where’s my stuff??? I ordered 8pc boneless wings and added bleu cheese dressing to my order. I never got my dressing. Also what with these wing sizes? It’s a third the size of the rest and is more fried bread than chicken. I feel like I’m just throwing away money after receiving this order. I would have given 5 stars for the food but the pepperoni pizza was really dry. Usually pepperoni pizza is usually very greasy at other places. We did really enjoy the sausage pizzas. The staff is very nice!

Placed order for delivery via phone at 4:59pm and told we would have it in 30 minutes. At 5:48, we still did not have our order. Called back and 3 times the employee hung up on me. Finally on the 4th call got the Manager. She said our order was sitting there, they had no delivery driver. However, she would remake our order and have Door Dash delivery it. At 6:18, we got order but it was simply reheated not a remake. Manager also indicated she would give us a $30 credit which we will not use. This is second time something like this has happened to us at this location and we are DONE with Pizza Hut!!!
