Natalya, our sandwich artist, started with a warm greeting when we entered the store. Not only was she kind, she listened to understand our orders & confirmed after adding each topping. Outstanding customer service by Natalya. She created not only beautiful, yet also delicious sandwiches for us. The restaurant is clean. Music playing at a perfect volume. First, my son goes there all the time as it’s close to the school. The food is good. That’s not my complaint. I’m not ok with the employees telling him that his coupon that i gave him this morning and just came in the mail was already used. It’s one thing if the franchise doesn’t take coupons b/c the owner is worried about their margins but don’t treat my kid bad. The lady was rude and dismissive to him regarding him trying to use it. 2nd: the gift card i gave him to use was also a problem for her. It’s a $25 card i gave specifically to use for this purpose, at this Subway, and she told him he couldn’t use it! Makes no sense and frustrates me that just because he’s a nice young man and isn’t going to push it, that she felt like she could bully him. So, not only did he have to pay the full price but he had to pay cash. Come on! These kids ARE your profit. Don’t treat them like 2nd class citizens. This is not OK. AND, fix your stupid phone number too. It’s not working!

Came in today to get lunch and for some reason the white lady serving and cutting bread was in a bad mood since we got there, gave me attitude ( DO NOT COME HERE) I feel humiliated. Told me she wasn’t going to give me what I ordered and told me to leave. People like this should not be working here. Please fire this lady. I hope manager does something about this case you will be loosing a lot of clientele. Witch I could not even give a star but sadly I have too to post this so people can see

Some guy named Jose served me and my friends. Bought a meal of the day footlong that comes included with the drink and cookies. Told the worker many times it was a meal of the day and proceeds to charge me 17$ and argues with me with some bs reason on why it is that much. Completely out of line and terrible service. Definitely not coming back. 17$ for subway is insane for one person.

Went in right after opening for coffee. The employee was very friendly and went out of his way to make me a coffee promptly. It was fresh and hot. There’s plenty of parking especially at that time of morning.

That was the first and only time I’ll set foot in that location. Subway really needs to be made aware that EACH Subway is entirely different from the next. One will be great, I’ve will be this. This store was insanely dirty and not busy so that says something about the very rude worker there as well. He was at the drink machine when I everywhere and just looked at me and didn’t say anything but fined up his drink. Walked ALL THE WAY AROUND to the back, still didn’t even acknowledge I was there. Then, I see he/sh/it/whatever, was wearing the hat/visor things around his neck like a bib. I asked how that would stop his/her/its hair (clearly unwashed and pubic in appearance) from getting in the food, in which the reply I got (still haven’t even asked what I want other than exactly like that “what you want? Bread?”) was that it wasn’t for that and that it didn’t stop it’s disgusting hair anyway. I told it to keep the bread and left. I’ll be writing corporate. I’m just so tired of the gamble you take going to Subway anywhere. Rude gen whatever kid and unclean, empty store.

Made an online order, came to pick up 20 mins after oder was made. The worker was finishing up with one customer before me and that was fine. It was our turn and my husband said we made an online order, he then went off on us because there were so many online orders that he could not finish… I didn’t ask that I look at my husband he shrugs his shoulders NEEDLESS to say they were done. We sit down to eat and only seen one more person 15 mins later get his online order, he didn’t go off on other customer. Still eatting about 30 mins later still noone coming through the work is in back as another customer comes in to order stood there for a good 5 mins before yelling back “hello”..
The sandwich he made was sloppy mayo everywhere.

Came in at 6 PM—two hours before closing—and the guy working there refused to make my order because he was ‘packing up.’ Completely unacceptable. Staff shutting down early and turning away customers is a huge failure in management. Absolutely terrible service!

The man working gave us old and crunchy/stale bread that was sitting out for who knows how long. It was obvious that he was annoyed he actually had to do his job. He threw toppings on with no consideration of the presentation, and in the middle of the sandwich only. The herb and cheese bread had no cheese on it, as well. The sandwich was not good.
