Been going here since they opened in Plainwell. BEST SUBS AROUND. Staff is always wonderful, kind and attentive. Subs usually take care of dinner and often the next days lunch. Fresh? I don’t usually do this but when my fiance and I got done with work tonight the last thing either of us wanted to do was anything. It’s snowing and it’s cold and that’s enough for me to not look out the window for 4 more weeks.
When my fiance got home he opened our bag, to his surprise there were not only cookies for us, our giant subs were wrapped in two separate pieces.
As someone who tries to anticipate other people’s needs I appreciate having my wants exceeded to the point of writing a Google review.

Was greeted right away and helped in less than 2 min. The person who helped me was flat out wonderful and nice! Being my first time there it definitely won’t be my last! Giant subs with great quality! 5/5 easily! And they make their bread and cookies fresh daily? Count me in!

I had a previous pick up order messed up. It was made with white bread not wheat. They eventually remade it right.
Today- did my first DoorDash and it came with no Mayo and barely any lettuce. The girl was extremly rude when I called and talked to someone else and didn’t put me on hold, so I could hear her. Since I didn’t drive to get it I wasn’t going to drive for a new one. She rudely said “she wants us to make her a new one a different day like we’ve done before” COMPLETELY RUDE AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL” … as I drop $15-$20 per sub! If I pay that much for a stupid sub order I want it CORRECT. I didn’t realize I could attach a pic for proof because clearly they didn’t believe me so I took one as I was adding my OWN MAYO but I don’t have any lettuce to add. The other green is an abundance of pickles but with a good eye you can see a little lettuce. Also. You can see what I added to the bottom my looking at the top I peeled off . So annoyed I hate when people talk down about customers in front of them.

The staff was super friendly answering all questions as this was our first time there. The amount of meat they use is a ton as the finished sandwiches weighed 12 and 13 ounces for footlongs! All meat was sliced for each sandwich which was super cool. I do wish more cheese was offered as I am not a fan of Provolone. I got The Boss and it was ok, then I swapped out the Provolone for some Colby I had on hand and it was awesome! So my lunch the next day was the star meal for me. Huge sandwich, tons of meat and friendly staff. This is so much better than any Subway or Jimmy Johns, and although it is pricey it was worth it! If they would add cheese options I would 5 star this in a heartbeat 😉
