Always friendly and helpful staff. Food good, freshly made sandwiches, etc. Made to order the way you want it. Clean restaurant. Staff works hard to make food to order as fast, and well as possible, but some customers cannot understand these are fellow human beings behind the counter and don’t treat them well or appreciate their hard work and dedication to making good food for everyone in order. Staff always handle problem customers well, and like the adults they are, unlike some unreasonable customers that seem to be unable to act like adults. Great job all around, Staff of Subway! I appreciate you!

Subway in Livingston I leave pore rating because twice now I got there around 8:00 And their lobby is closed The drive-thru still open but I can’t pull My truck and trailer through the drive-thru it’s hard enough to get a 3/4 ton through that tight drive-thru So I pulled into the next parking lot Walk over and The lobby is closed that’s ridiculous people eat after 8:00 as well but everything starts closing in Livingston stupid in my opinion people doing hotshot runs or just passing through town do so I’ll times of the night and always looking for something to eat

Came at 850 the girl had all lights off in the lobby. Wouldn’t answer the drive thru so went to the window and honked and the girl went and hid. Don’t know who the manager is but this girl needs fired! Or at least disciplined. That’s bull crap. If ur open till 9 u need to be open until 9. I won’t be back to this subway! The sign that said drive Thru open was very well lit and we seen the girl thru the window and in the window in the lobby mopping. Done with lazy people for real. And from the previous reviews this has been an ongoing problem. Maybe we should contact corporate subway and see how they agree with how this franchise is doing.

I showed up 15 min prior to closing . Tried to call ahead because I knew they would be closing and nobody answered . When I got in line the cashier refused me service and said they were closed. After I questioned the time she refused to serve me again and she also refused to give me her name. At the point I told the lady it was dishonest to do towards her employer a gentleman offered to make my food. Twice. Thing is – if you don’t want my business I should not have to make you take it. Why wouldn’t I believe my food would have been spit in after all of that.
I’m trying this review at 8:53 pm and have already left there so I most def wasn’t there at closing time. I called and asked for the mangers name. The girl said Charissa. I told her I would be calling her manager in the morning.
I get it- everyone wants to go home but this was not a situation where I showed up at 5 till. Not by far . Horrible customer service.

Okay so ordered foot longs online from the app. Wanted our sandwiches toasted. They were in fact not toasted, were extremely cold and bread was not cooked thoroughly. Pieces of chicken tastes liked they came straight from the fridge. I will not be going to the Livingston Subway again.

Didn’t realize they were closing the lobby as we walked in, but the older lady was super nice about it, everyone was working hard. If I didn’t think that woman was the owner I’d say give her a raise and promotion! She was really nice and in restaurants and fast food joints, things like that really matter. My buffalo chicken sub that she made was perfect. Love how she toasted it too.

Just got a BLT there, the girl made my sandwich perfect then I said a small amount of mustard. Maybe it was opposite day. She put so much on my sandwich it ruined it. Why? I usually tip pretty good at subway but not this time.
Went there again. I shouldn’t have . I wonder if the owner forbids them to make a whole sandwich. For 30.00 a person should get more meat in their sandwich. I should have known better. And there’s no way to find out who own the store.

God Damn Right
I like a great sandwich, and their subs are good. The service was good, and there was no wait. But the prices are getting to be outrageous. So it’s a good once in a while spot for lunch. 4 stars is my score.
