I got a sandwhich on October 16 at 3:30. There was an older lady named Maria had brown hair working the shift who was making my sandwhich but she gave off a very sour mood which I noticed right away. I got a teriyaki chicken sandwhich and she got very little scoops. I come here all the time and I noticed the scoops she gave were little and didn’t even cover the end of my bread. I asked nicely if she could give me some more because the scoops she gave was little and she said it would cost extra. At the time I just brushed it off and let it slide but having the sandwhich now at home it’s like there’s barely any chicken in each bite. I understand needing to pay for extra chicken but the scoops she gave were so little that I felt the need to complain? This is my first Google review and it’s because of how upset I am with the customer service I received today. The scoops should be able to fill the bread and from the scoops she were giving me it felt like 60% of what I’m paying for. This location is the one I usually go too and I know there’s one further down central and they’re probably ran better so I’m going to go going there from now on. Very well upset with my subway it felt like a waste of money because of the amount I was given. I will be getting in touch with a manager soon.

Bad customer service overall. They did not want to accept my subway coupon even though it’s valid in all stores. They were being cheap and said that the owner doesn’t want to accept that specific coupon how absurd. I’ve never had that issue and all my life on any other Subway. Either way the customer service is bad and wouldn’t this recommend this place at all even with or without a coupon

I ordered a toasted buffalo chicken sandwich. It didn’t feel warm when I picked it up so I asked them if it was toasted and the girl said yes. When I got home, I realized that it wasn’t toasted. Not only that, but the vegetables were hanging off the side. The buffalo sauce was overpowering so I opened up the sandwich to see that it was absolutely smothered in buffalo sauce. I tried to remove some of it with napkins but it just wasn’t good at all. I’m just gonna feed it to some wild cats I guess.

Grace was excellent. We made a mistake on our order I read it wrong and she was able to fix it for us and was very pleasant about it. Highly appreciated . Also the guy was helping another customer while I was getting food. Very helpful overall. Thanks

I will start by saying that I am one of the wittiest people on the planet. It’s a gift and a curse. Most things I say fly right over the head of the intended recipient. When I come across someone who possesses the gift of repartee, I feel complete. I didn’t get her name and she wasn’t the employee of the month, but she was a wit unicorn. She thanked me for making her smile but the truth is, I am the grateful one. Thank you, “owners daughter.” I promise you did more for me and my day than I did for you. Did I mention that the sandwich was perfect? 12″ turkey/bacon/avocado. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. Props to the employee of the month. To beat my sandwich artist, you must be pretty impressive.

UPDATE
Had the block the idiot from the restaurant that i was referring to because she actually took the time to go on my social media platform to try to reach me. How about next time use that same energy for better customer service
I recently went last Tuesday to order ahead for a corporate event the following day. When I arrived there were no customers in the restaurant. the girls behind the counter did not acknowledge me she continued working on a sandwich , went to the back for a few seconds and proceeded to making another sandwich. my daughter stood there for a good 3 minutes without any acknowledgement or eye contact. The message was received loud and clear our business wasn’t needed or welcomed so we left and went across the street to Jimmy Johns.

What is the point of Subway mailing out coupons when half the stores don’t accept them and you have to jump through hoops at other stores to use them? I frequent this location and bypass 2 other stores closer to me because this location accepts coupons. Went in today to use a buy 1 get 1 free foot long and after making the sandwiches found out that the store couldn’t accept my coupon. The cashier tried to enter in the code and it wouldn’t work. A manager was called over and they couldn’t input the code. I was charged full price for both sandwiches when the only reason I went in to begin with was because of the coupon. Extremely frustrating for me and I really don’t see why they couldn’t have just charged me for 1 foot long and sent me on my way.
